Setiap daerah tentunya memiliki temperatur dan kelembaban yang berbeda-beda, perbedaan temperatur dan kelembaban itu tentunya akan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja AC Split, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi temperatur dry bulb dan kelembaban relatif konstan pada outdoor air terhadap kinerja suatu mesin pengkondisi udara jenis split. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan psychrometric calorimeter chamber dengan metode air enthalpy, kondisi temperatur dry bulb dikendalikan pada temperatur 24⁰C, 26⁰C, 28⁰C, 30⁰C, 32⁰C, 34⁰C, 36⁰C, dan 38⁰C dengan kelembaban relatif 50%. Kinerja yang diamati adalah koefisien kinerja (Coefficient Of Performance), Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER), kapasitas pendinginan, kerja kompresor, daya input dan efek refrigerasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa kenaikan temperatur dry bulb pada temperatur 24ÃâðC hingga 38ÃâðC mengalami penurunan kapasitas pendinginan sebesar 13% dengan rata-rata setiap kenaikan temperaturnya 1,6%, penurunan EER sebesar 27,8% dengan rata-rata setiap kenaikan temperaturnya 3,4%, kenaikan daya input sebesar 20,5% dengan rata-rata setiap kenaikan temperaturnya 2,5%, kenaikan kerja kompresor sebesar 17,2% dengan rata-rata setiap kenaikan temperaturnya 2,1%, penurunan efek refrigerasi 11,9% dengan rata-rata setiap kenaikan temperaturnya 1,4%, dan penurunan COP sebesar 24,9% dengan rata-rata setiap kenaikan temperaturnya 3,1%. Each area certainly has a different temperature and humidity, the difference in temperature and humidity will certainly have an influence on the performance of AC Split, this study aims to determine the effect of variations in dry bulb temperature and constant relative humidity in outdoor water on the performance of an air conditioning machine split, This research was conducted using a psychrometric calorimeter chamber with the method air enthalpy, the temperature conditions were dry bulb controlled at 24⁰C, 26⁰C, 28⁰C, 30⁰C, 32⁰C, 34⁰C, 36⁰C, and 38⁰C with a relative humidity of 50%. Observed performance is the coefficient of performance (Coefficient Of Performance), Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER), the cooling capacity, compressor, power input and refrigeration effect. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is concluded that the increase in dry bulb temperature at a temperature of 24 ÃâðC to 38 ÃâðC has decreased cooling capacity by 13% with an average of each 1.6% increase in temperature, a decrease in EER of 27.8% with an average the average for each increase in temperature is 3.4%, the increase in input power is 20.5% with an average increase in temperature of 2.5%, the increase in compressor work is 17.2% with an average of each temperature increase of 2.1%, a decrease in the refrigeration effect of 11.9% with an average increase in temperature of 1.4%, and a decrease in COP of 24.9% with an average increase of 3.1% for each temperature increase.
