www.bandungtourism.com website was one media used by Tourism Department of Bandung City in giving information about tourism places in Bandung City to the visitor or to the societies. www.bandungtourism.com established to motivate the visitor to come to Bandung City, therefore the number of visitor Bandung City. The increasing number of tourist to Bandung will increase the Government of Bandung City revenue and society revenue. The purpose of this research is to get information about the influence of www.bandungtourism.com website on tourist motivation to visit Bandung City during April-June 2007 period. In this research, the writer uses descriptive method with quantitative approach the data was collected by giving questionnaire to 100 respondents which are domestic, local and international tourists. Description statistical analysis technique and hypothesis test with Sperman’s Rank correlation formula, t test statistical, and determination of coefficient werw used to analyse the data. The result shows that the corelation rate between www.bandungtourism.com variable’s and the tourist motivation to visit Bandung is 0.7, with t test result is 0.702. While the influence of www.bandungtourism.com to the tourist motivation to visit Bandung City during April-June 2006 period is 49% based on determination coefficient, and 51% is influenced by other factors. It is assumed that www.bandungtourism.com gives a good influence to tourist motivation visit to Bandung City. The influence of www.bandungtourism.com website to tourist motivation to visit Bandung City in April-June 2007 period shows unsatisfying result. the writer suggest to promote the City can by the website www.bandungtourism.com with ways such as television channel (either national nor global), because most of Indonesian people has television in their home. The writer, thinks that the promotion on television will be more effective than promotion by website. And the other Dinas Priwisata can be promotion website www.bandungtourism.com with spanduk, famplet, radio, paper and etc.
