Direct-current (DC) electromotor have used in many industrials, electricities, automotives, even on elevators in many shopping centre. DC motor controlling is needed to get particular speed. One of electric equipment controllling uses mikrocontroller.
On this final assignment have been developed a rotation controlling system of direct-current motor which realized both in hardwares and softwares. Hardwares consist of main control system of AT89C51, optocoupler sensor, and driver of direct-current motor. The main controller which used is AT89C51 microcontroller as centre of automatic controller in controling of direct-current motor rotation. Set of sensor use optocoupler sensor provided with encoder to know the speed changing of motor by digital pulsa sent from motor actuator use transistor circuit.
Softwares which used is assembly language of MCS-51 as processor of rotation controller system for direct-current motor. Software on this microcontroller will process input and output data. The output data result is digital pulsa which sent by microcontroller ports. The digital pulsa will trigger actuator circuit so that motor can be rotate, from scheme result which have isn't it at appliance arrangement of speed of presented data motor in LCD taken by each;every second change of yielded motor rotation. Appearance only expressing the amount of pulsa is not express speeds of motor in RPM. With detection of black lines amount, hence each;every rotation which hitting black line will yield high pulsa ( 1) and so on the contrary.
