This situation is marked with broad using of an open source and free software. Linux as one of the open source based operating system then becoming popular and excessively used. At the moment there are hundreds of Linux distribution (known better as distro) that spreads, as in the national community and also in the international community. These Distro are made by the developer with various purposes, from general purpose to special purpose. The diversity of Linux distro is marked by the difference of package management, kernel type, appearence of customization and the configurator that being used. The purpose of this writings is to improve automated Linux distro builder and development method that can easily be comprehend dan used by users to assembled their own distro with all application packages dan the customization. This application can help users (even newbies) to make Linux distro that can trully fullfil the users wish and needs. This automated Linux distro builder consist of two part, the DForge Console (CLI) and DForge Web. The DForge Console (CLI) is developed by BASH programming language and having the function to processing source code so it can produced Linux distro with all the ready to use applications. On the other hand, The DForge Web is developed by PHP programming language and having the function as an interface that help users to operate the automated Linux distro builder application and also to make it be accesed on-line.
