Karawang is a small town that has potential tourism and culture to be developed. There has been an internet site concerning with tourism and culture in karawang. However, the site does not much assist for the people who need more information about tourism and tourism object. In facing the lack of the previous site, therefore the writer develops a new site so that it can help not only the people, but also the work performance in the Department of Information, Tourism and Culture in karawang. In analyzing and scheming the site, the writer uses the methods of analysis and structured scheme using model devices such as Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram m (DFD), Data Dictionary, Normalization, Table Relation and Entity Relation Diagram (ERD). In developing the system, the writer uses the method of Prototype Paradigm. By developing the previous site into the new one, the writer hopes that it can assist the people who need information and service of excellent about tourism and culture. In addition the writer also hopes that it can assist the work performance of the Department of Information, Tourism and Culture in karawang.
