Penelitian yang terkait dengan PBI No. 10/11/PBI/2008 tentang SBI Syariah ini berjudul "Pengendalian Inflasi Melalui Instrumen Kebijakan Moneter Pada Operasi Pasar terbuka : Studi Terhadap Sertifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah (SBIS) Di Indonesia". Tujuan dalam penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas salah satu instrumen dari kebijakan moneter melalui Operasi Pasar Terbuka yaitu Sertifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah (SBIS) dalam mempengaruhi tingkat inflasi di Indonesia periode 2008-2011. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menyusun tugas akhir ini yaitu analisis regresi sederhana. Dengan menggunakan alat bantu software SPSS 18.0 dapat diketahui bahwa hasil korelasi menunjukkan bahwa tingkat imbal hasil SBIS memiliki korelasi negatif yang signifikan terhadap tingkat inflasi. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (tingkat imbal hasil SBIS) berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (inflasi) pada derajat kepercayaan 95%. Dengan tingkat varian variabel tingkat imbal hasil SBIS di dalam mempengaruhi inflasi sebesar 39.7%. Kata kunci: Pengendalian inflasi, Kebijakan moneter, dan SBIS

The research problem is simulated by the relationship between the given incentive of Indonesia Bank (Bnak Indonesia) for SBIS over liquidity with the titled "Inflation Control In Monetary Policy Instruments Through open market operations: Study Of Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate (SBIS) In Indonesia". The purpose of this final assigment is to find out the efectivity of SBIS and influence to the inflation period of 2008-2011.
The tool of analysis used to compile this final task is the The tool of analysis used to compile this final task is simple regression analysis. By using the software tool SPSS Statistic 18.0, it can be known that correlation results show that the SBIS rate of return does significantly but negatively affect on the inflation. Regression result also show that the independent variable (SBIS rate of return) significantly but negatively influence the dependent variable (inflation) at 95% confidence level. With the level of variant SBIS rate of return variable influencing the inflation at the level of 39.7%. Keywords: Inflation Control, Monetary Policy, SBIS
