ABSTRACT This final assignment describes about the use of Galileo Reservation System at PT Duta Wisata Mandiri Bandung which is located on Jl. Lengkong Kecil No. 42A Bandung. The objectives of this final assignment are to know how the computerized reservation procedures runs by ticketing department of PT. Duta Wisata Mandiri Bandung, the procedures of Galileo Reservation System for domestic fight that used and also the obstacles which are faced when using Galileo Reservation System. Based on the result of job training, known that the procedures of computerized reservation of PT Duta Wisata Mandiri Bandung runs with some systematical steps and constancy procedures. The use of Galileo reservation System at PT Duta Wisata Mandiri Bandung runs based on the procedures that used in all over the world, but there are the obstacles which are faced by ticketing department of PT Duta Wisata Madiri Bandung, such as the use of Galileo Reservation System which is limited.
