Pengukuran kinerja sistem informasi pemesanan tiket online pada Citi Trans Bandung merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan sistem dalam melayani kebutuhan user. Online Booking System yang telah diterapkan oleh Citi Trans membantu user mendapatkan tiket secara online. Hanya dengan mengakses halaman web dari Citi Trans. Pengukuran kinerja Online Booking Sistem bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan sistem dalam melayani user.AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Proses) adalah suatu metode penghirarkian prioritas dan kriteria Ãâ kriteria yang terdapat didalam suatu pengukuran kinerja sistem. Dalam pengukuran kinerja sistem sendiri terdapat beberapa parameter Ãâ parameter yang membantu dalam pengukuran kinerja sistem. Sehingga memudahkan untuk pengukuran tersebut AHP digunakan untuk memberikan bobot nilai yang berhubungan dengan parameter Ãâ parameter pengukuran sistem. Berdasar hasil penelitian pengukuran kinerja sistem informasi pemesanan tiket dapat diketahui nilai Ãâ nilai bobot dari parameter pengukuran sistem informasi penjualan tiket online diantaranya security memiliki bobot 29% yang merupakan nilai bobot tertinggi, yang diikuti oleh reability yang memiliki bobot 15%, selanjutnya effeciency yang memiliki nilai 13%, untuk usability memiliki bobot 12% dan performance memiliki nilai bobot yang sama yaitu 9%, kemudian untuk manitability memiliki nilai bobot 8%, dan yang terakhir adalah Fungsionalty dan Portability memiliki nilai yang sama yaitu 7% .
