Jalan Raya Kopo dikenal sebagai salah satu titik kemacetan di Kota Bandung. Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, pemerintah mengambil langkah untuk menekan laju penyebaran virus Corona dengan mengambil kebijakan PPKM Mikro atau pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat berbasis mikro yang berakibat penurunan aktivitas transportasi di jalan raya. Sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis kinerja ruas Jalan Raya Kopo di masa pandemi Covid-19, tepatnya di segmen ruas jalan antara simpang Jalan Cibolerang sampai Simpang Gerbang Tol Kopo. Data volume diperoleh melalui survei selama tujuh hari pada jam sibuk pagi hari dan sore hari. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data yaitu Metode Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI 1997) dan Highway Capacity Manual (HCM). Pengolahan data dimulai dari proses rekapitulasi hasil traffic counting volume lalu lintas, kemudian perhitungan kecepatan arus bebas, perhitungan kapasitas, perhitungan derajat kejenuhan dan penilaian tingkat pelayanan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh nilai tingkat pelayanan di ruas Jalan Raya Kopo untuk Hari Minggu yaitu C dan D. Sedangkan di Hari Senin, Selasa, Rabu, Kamis, Jumat, dan Sabtu yaitu E dan F.

Kopo Highway is known as one of the congestion points in the city of Bandung. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the government took steps to suppress the rate of spread the Corona virus by taking a Micro PPKM policy or the imposition of restrictions on micro-based community activities that resulted in a decreased transportation activities on the highway. So it needs to be analyzed the performance of the Kopo Highway during the Covid-19 pandemic, to be precise in the segment of the road between the Cibolerang Road intersection and the Kopo Toll Gate Intersection. Data the volume was obtained through a survey for seven days during the morning and evening peak hours. The methods used for data processing are the Indonesian Road Capacity Method (MKJI 1997) and the Highway Capacity Manual (HCM). Processing data starts from the recapitulation of traffic counting volume results, then calculation of free flow speed, calculation of capacity, calculation of degree saturation and assessment of the level of service. Based on the results of data processing, the level of service values on the Kopo Highway section for Sundays are C and D. Meanwhile Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, namely E and F.
