Sikap individu dalam merespon salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah terbentuknya sikap kewirausahaan dianggap mampu memicu peningkatan kemampuan atau kualitas seseorang dalam berusaha. Didalam penelitian ini peran sikap kewirausahaan dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pada CVS Industries Ouval Research Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksplanatori survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian sensus, karena mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel yaitu sebanyak 85. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rank Spearman yaitu untuk menguji ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antara Variabel X (Sikap Kewirausahaan) dengan Variabel Y (Kinerja Karyawan). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Peran Sikap Kewirausahaan Pada CVS Industries Ouval Research Bandung Dalam Menunjang Kinerja Karywan. Didalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan uji Rank Spearman, dengan alat bantu SPSS 11,5 dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh, adapun responden tersebut didapat dari karyawan CVS Industries Ouval Research Bandung dengan jumlah responden 85. Berdasarka penelitiian menunjukan bahwa Peran Sikap Kewirausahaan Dalam Menunjang Kinerja Karyawan hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan. Dalam perhitungan ini didapat korelasinya sebesar (r) = 0,809, koefisien derterminasinya (Kd) = 65% yang artinya Sikap Kewirausahaan berperan dalam menunjang Kinerja bernilai positif dan sangat kuat. Sedangkan dalam perhitungan hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t didapat nilai thitung = 12,53, sedangkan nilai ttabel = 1,666, dimana thitung > ttabel yang artinya Ho ditolak H1 diterima, berdasarkan penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t dua pihak dengan tingkat signifikan 5% ini berarti bahwa Sikap Kewirausahaan Berperan Dalam Menunjang Kinerja Karyawan Pada Cvs Industries Ouval Research Bandung.

Individual attitude in responding to one factor influencing employee’s performance is in the form of entrepreneurship attitude considered to be able to trigger the improvement of one’s ability or quality in attempting. In this research the role of entrepreneurship attitude is required in improving employee’s performance at CVS Industries Ouval Research Bandung. This research used a explanatory survey research method and data collecting technique. This research is a type of census research, because taking all population as the sample as many as 85 persons at the division. The analysis used in this research is Rank Spearman correlation for testing whether there is influence or not between Variable X (Enterpreneurship Attitude) and Variable Y (Performance). This research has been carried out to identify the Role of Entrepreneurship Attitude at CVS Industries Ouval Research Bandung in supporting Employee’s Performance at CVS Industries Ouval Research Bandung. In this research the author used Rank Spearman test with aid SPSS 11.5. by using saturated sample method, as for the respondents have been obtained from the employees of CVS Industries Ouval Research Bandung with the number of respondents is 85. Based on the research it has been shown that the Role of Entrepreneurship Attitude in Supporting Employee’s performance this can be seen from the result of calculation. In this calculation it has been obtained its correlation by ® = 0.809, its determination coefficient (Kd) = 65% meaning the entrepreneurship attitude has a role in supporting performance valued positive, direst and strong. While in the hypothetical test by using t test it has been obtained tcount value = 12.53, while ttable value = 1.666 where tcount > ttable meaning that Ho rejected H1 accepted, based on this research by using a two-party t test with significance 5% this means that the Entrepreneurship Attitude has influence in supporting employee’s performance at CVS Industries Ouval Research Bandung.
