This research is designated to explain the role of Public Relation in non hospital Department in Hasan Sadikin General Hospital in giving information to increase the work power of its employee. The author of this research use descriptive method to describe the fact accurately.
The data analysis technique is conducted through interviews and being analyzed thoroughly. Four employee of Public Relation in non hospital Department in Hasan Sadikin General Hospital are being tested as sample.
The result of this research are about activities or regular and irregular program conducted by non hospital Department in Hasan Sadikin General Hospital in giving information to increase its employee work power.
The author researched on how far is the role of Public Relation Department non hospital Department in Hasan Sadikin General Hospital to increase the work power of its employee.
After the research the author concluded these advices for Hasan Sadikin General Hospital: To increase the quality of work power by deep understanding in its own job description, Hasan Sadikin General Hospital need more employee in the information Department since Hasan Sadikin General Hospital has a lot of things to do.
