This research to study and discribe about problem of “ROLE OF HORIZONTAL COMMUNICATION INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT OF RADIO PARAMUDA 93,7 FM BANDUNG IN EXECUTION OF ITS EMPLOYEES DUTY”, besides this research aim to know horizontal communication frequency and intensity, passing any kind of horizonta communication done, there is or resistance inexistence in course of horizontal communication in order to execution of duty, how clarity of content orderfrom horizontal communication. Method use by writer in this research is descriptive method with approach of direct observation non participant., with data collecting technique interviewed, ang bibliography. As for the interviewed is radio employees of Paramuda Assumed can represent the overall of population amounting to 8 people. Gathered to be data to be analysed descriptively. Result of this research indicate that role of horizontal communication have walked better in internal environment, this matter earn seen in each; every execution of duty can walk better caused by a coordination before execution of duty. In course of coordination conducted looked in the face or use media, this is proven from result of interview with a few radio employees of Paramuda Bandung. Writer can conclude that horizontal communication in internal environment of radio Paramuda Bandung so central in execution of employees duty, because in a duty required by a coordination so that to be created by equation of perception in duty between staff and between manager. Suggestion able to be submitted by writer to radio Paramuda Bandung is to be maintaining communication culture in executiuon of duty and also cooperation between employees to be formed a work team which is solid, so that as difficult as any af duty can be finished together.
