Career is all work had or down by individual during its life spans and
career development is process of ability reaced individual job in order to
reaching wanted career. Job performance capacity is an process work and result
of reached job of someone in duties executy which charged upon by him.
The objectives of this reseach is to know : (1) career development at KUD
Sarwa Mukti Cisarua-Cimahi Kab. Bandung, (2) job performance employee at
KUD Sarwa Mukti Cisarua-Cimahi Kab. Bandung, (3) the role career
development to increase job performance employee at KUD Sarwa Mukti
Cisarua-Cimahi Kab. Bandung.
Method which is used in this research is method of survey and explanatory
research descriptive used to know the role of career development to increase job
performance employee labour capacity and veripikative used to test its statistic.
Taken responden counted 60 employee with technique of sample the taken is
samping random sample and its analysis method use spearman rank countruc
tively program of SPSS 11.5 For Windows.
Result of this research show that the role career development to increase
job performance employee with contribution is equal to 69,89%, while 30,11%
influence by other factor not search in this research. The hipotesys test showed t
count than more t table, where t count to fall the deduction area, then H0 refused
and H1 accepted, its meaning career development the role which significan to
increase job performance employee.
