Intention of this research is: knowing execution of internal control of gift of credit card at PT. Bank BNI (persero) Tbk, knowing payment of client credit card of PT. Bank BNI ( persero) Tbk, knowing how role of internal control of gift of credit card in supporting fluency payment of credit card at PT. Bank BNI (persero) Tbk.
Research method which used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Technique examination of statistic used Analysis Correlation of Rank Spearman, Coefficient of Determinasi, and also Test t, two side with α= 0.05 as well as using application of Statistical Product Service Sollution and ( SPSS) 12.00 For Windows to strengthen calculation manually.
Pursuant to result of solution and research can be concluded that internal control play a part in to support fluency payment of credit card. This role expressed in calculation of correlation coefficient = 0,645. Matter this means according to tables of correlation coefficient classification included in category "strong relation" where t 5,739 bigger than value of ttabel 2,052, and nature of its relation is unidirectional, its meaning progressively goodness internal control of giving credit card hence payment of credit card even also progressively goodness, or on the contrary, ugly progressively internal control of giving credit card hence payment of credit card even also progressively bad, and role of internal control of giving credit card in supporting fluency payment of credit card = 41,6%, while the rest equal to 58,4% influenced by other factor like situation of economics of owner of card.
