One of effort which is gone through by company in improving the job
spirit by fulfilling position promotion precisely, because when position promotion
fulfilled hence officer will give the contribution is spirit of optimal job. Purposed
of research is to know how execution of position promotion, how condition is job
spirit of employees and how role of position promotion in improving the job spirit
of employees at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Branch Bandung Ritel.
Analytical method applied in this research was descriptive and verifikatif
method. Descriptive method utilized to know exercise of position promotion and
condition of job spirit employees at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero)
Branch Bandung Ritel, method verifikatif utilized to know role of position
promotion in increasing job spirit of employee job at PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia
(Persero) branch Bandung Ritel. Research method applied is survey explanation.
Drawdown process of sample is done with Random Sampling technique. As for
sample size is 65. Collecting data is done by using questionaire, interview, and
Result of this research show that position promotion of included in good
katagori, and so do job spirit also height. This can be seen that Coefficient Of
Determination of Variable X equal to 16,56%, and the rest 83,44% is influence
from other factor. Rank Spearman correlation of position promotion variable can
stands in increasing job spirit of employees with result 0,407 and has the relation
of variable is medium and signifikan
