Vote counter information system application in General Elections Committee, West Java, is an effort the General Elections Committee made to extend improved quality of general elections. There are constraints in vote counting using such a vote counter information system, for example, what General Elections Committee, West Java, is extending information on profitable, quality vote counting, thereby allowing communities to perceive role and advantages of vote counter information system in General Elections Committee, West Java. In this research, the author take object of interest to be observed in General Elections Committee office, West Java, since vote counter information system was applied to 2004 general elections of vice-president and president.
The aims of this research are to see information cycle, quality, value in Vote Counter Information System within vote counting to general elections of vice-president and president in General Elections Committee, West Java. The assignment of informants in this research is using a purposive technique, while the informants are Section head of general elections performance technique and program, and Residents around General Elections Committee, West Java.
