India memperoleh keuntungan tambahan dari sektor pariwisata yang menyumbang banyak kepada ekonomi India dengan meningkatkan pekerja seks terhadap anak dengan kajiannya anak sebagai pekerja prostitusi yang menghubungkan dengan bidang pariwisata yang dikenal dengan sebutan child sex tourism.br / UNICEF sebagai salah satu Organisasi Internasional yang menangani masalah Hak Asasi Manusia khususnya Hak-hak Anak. UNICEF membantu pemerintah India dalam penanganan pekerja seks anak. UNICEF melaksanakan program-programnya, di antaranya adalah program child protection and children rights. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, dirumuskan masalah sebagai berikut “Bagaimana peranan yang dilakukan United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) dalam penanganan pekerja seks anak di India?”br / Sebagai acuan terhadap masalah penelitian, dikemukakan teori-teori dalam permis mayor dan minor. Adapun permis mayor yang digunakan adalah hubungan Internasional, pluralism, Kerjasama Internasional, Organisasi Internasional dan Organized Crime. Sedangkan premis minornya adalah UNICEF dan prostitusi anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitis, yaitu menggambarkan masalah kemudian menganalisa permasalahan yang ada melalui data-data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian diolah serta di susun dengan berlandaskan teori-teori dan konsep-konsep yang digunakan, maka hipotesis yang diambil sebagai berikut “UNICEF berperan melalui program Child Protection and children’s Rights dapat mengurangi pekerja seks anak di India”.br / Berdasarkan perolehan dan pengolahan data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa UNICEF kurang memberikan peranan dalam menjalankan program child protection and children’s rights

Was based on this problem, was formulated by the problem as follows “how the role that was carried out United National Childrens Found (UNICEF) in the handling” of the “worker of the child’s sex in India?”.br / As reference towards the problem of the research, was raised by theories in the major’s premiss and minor. As for the major’s premiss that was used was international relations. Pluralisme, The International co-operation, the International Organisation and Organized Crime. The research method that was used in this research was the descriptive method analytical, that is depicting the problem afterwards was processed as available problem thought the data that was gathered afterwards was processed as well as in compiled by being based on theories and the concepts that were used, then the hypothesis that was taken as follows ”UNICEF played a role thought the child Protection program and Children Right could reduce the worker of the child’s sex in India”.br / Based n the receipt and data processing, could be concluded that UNICEF not all the gave the role in undertaking the program child protection, for children who became casualties of the sex worker.
