Penilaian kinerja unit merupakan salah satu usaha dalam mengukur tingkat capaian suatu organisasi dalam mewujudkan visi dan misinya. Suatu organisasi dapat mengetahui kesesuaian kinerja unit dengan kinerja yang diharapkan organisasi untuk mencapai visi dan misi. Salah satu organisasi yang masih mengalami kendala dalam mengukur tingkat capaian kinerja unitnya ialah Paguyuban Kampoeng Rajoet Binong Jati Bandung. Organisasi kesulitan untuk mengetahui tingkat capaian kinerja, dikarenakan belum adanya alat ukur yang baku dalam mengukur kinerja unit, dalam hal ini Divisi Marketing. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, dibuatlah rancangan alat ukur kinerja yang diawali dengan perumusan Key Performance Indikator (KPI) menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC), pembobotan KPI menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), hingga pembuatan instrumen penilaian. Hasil dari rancangan ialah berupa instrumen penilaian dengan muatan judul instrumen; identitas organisasi; identitas ternilai dan penilai; tabel berisikan KPI beserta target, realisasi, skor, bobot KPI, hasil akhir, jumlah, dan predikat kinerja; catatan penilai; tanggapan penilai; tanda tangan penilai dan ternilai; petunjuk cara pengisian; dan petunjuk cara perhitungan skor dan hasil akhir serta skala predikat kinerja. Pengujian dan evaluasi dari rancangan menunjukkan bahwa rancangan diterima dan akan digunakan oleh organisasi. Pembuatan buku panduan juga dilakukan untuk mempermudah organisasi dalam mengoperasikan instrumen sebagai alat ukur kinerja Divisi Marketing. Unit performance appraisal is one attempt to measure the level of achievement of an organization in achieving its vision and mission. The organization can know the suitability of unitâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s performance compared with the organization expected performance to achieve its vision and mission. One of the organization that are still has an obstacle in measuring the level of achievement of unitâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s performance is Paguyuban Kampoeng Rajoet Binong Jati Bandung. Organization find it difficult to know the level of achievement of performance due to the lack of measurement tools in measuring unitâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s performance, in this case the Marketing Divison. Based on these conditions, therefore made performance measuring tools that begins with the formulation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) using Balanced Scorecard (BSC), made KPIâÃâ¬Ãâ¢s weight using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), to the creating of assessment instrument. The results of the design is the form of performance assessment instrument that contains of the instrument tittle; the identitiy of the organization; identitiy of assessed and assessors; table that contains of KPI targets and their realization, score, KPI weights, the final result, the number of accumulation, performace category, assessor records, the response of the assessed, a signature assessed and assessors, filling instruction, and instruction on how to calculate the score, and the performance category scale. The testing and evaluation of the design has accepted and will be used by the organization. An manual book also done to facilitate the organization to operate the instrument as a tools of measuring performance of the Marketing Division.
