Pada penelitian ini, dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi Android yang menyediakan informasi mengenai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Bandung. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan alasan karena hingga saat ini masih belum ada sarana penyedia informasi bagi masyarakat luas mengenai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Bandung yang informatif dan akurat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan atas kerja sama dengan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi terhadap dokumen-dokumen yang diperoleh dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandung. Aplikasi dibangun dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan berorientasi objek. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model prototype dengan alat bantu pemodelan menggunakan UML. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa dua sub sistem yang saling terintegrasi, yaitu aplikasi berbasis Android yang diperuntukkan bagi pengguna untuk mengakses informasi dari perangkat Android dan sistem back-end berbasis web yang diperuntukkan bagi administrator untuk mengelola konten. Informasi mengenai fasilitas yang disediakan antara lain yakni alamat, telepon, website, akun sosial media, jenis pelayanan kesehatan, jarak dari lokasi pengguna, panduan rute berkendara menuju lokasi disertai titik lokasinya pada peta dan info program kesehatan di wilayah Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandung. Untuk pengembangan ke depannya, diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat tersedia pada sistem operasi perangkat mobile yang lain.

This is a research of an Android application development which provides health facilities informations in the City of Bandung. The main purpose of this research is to provide complete, informative and accurate informations for the general public about health-care facilities in Bandung, because up until this date, there isnÃât any resources that provide it. This research was conducted in cooperation with the City of BandungÃâs Health Office. The data collection is done by observation, interview and study of documents obtained from the office. The system is built using the object-oriented approach. The model used in this development is a prototype model also with the help of UML modeling tools. The results of this study are in a form of two integrated sub-systems which are, first, an Android-based application that is intended for users to access information from Android devices and second, a web-based back-end system that is intended for system administrators to manage the contents. The type of informations provided are address, phone number, website address, social media accounts, the type of health care, the distance of the location from the user, driving route guide to the location complete with the location point on the map, and last but not least, an info of the Health OfficeÃâs excellent health programs. In the future development, this application is expected to be available on the mobile devices with various operating systems.
