Pembangunan ruas jalan tol Bogor Ciawi Sukabumi secara umum terbagi menjadi tiga seksi. Dimana setiap seksi tersebut terbagi menjadi beberapa paket pekerjaan yang dilakukan secara bertahap. Pada pelaksanaannya, ruas tol Bogor Ciawi Sukabumi ini di mulai dari seksi 1 paket 1. Dimana pada seksi 1 paket 1 ini terdapat beberapa pekerjaan struktur, salah satunya adalah jembatan Cikereteg. Pada pekerjaan jembatan Cikereteg, secara keseluruhan membutuhkan tenaga kerja sebanyak 544 orang mandor, 369 orang kepala tukang, 958 orang tukang, serta 1243 orang pekerja. Sedangkan kebutuhan alat yang digunakan pada pekerjaan jembatan Cikereteg ini adalah 11 unit excavator, 24 unit dumptruck, 10 unit crane on track, 141 unit batching plant, 214 unit truck mixer, 89 unit concrete pump, 7 unit drilling tools, serta bar bender dan bar cutter yang masing-masing berjumlah 584 unit. Adapun kebutuhan bahan pada pembangunan jembatan Cikreteg ini diantaranya 4829.159 kg semen, 3863.34 m3 agregat halus, 5485.67 m3 agregat kasar, 1798.98 lembar multiplex, 154.1 m3 kaso, 3504.74 kg paku, 2803.7 liter minyak bekisting, 1470 set scaffolding, 2041819 kg tulangan ulir, 41471.83 kg kawat beton, 9443.69 m2 terpal, 2571.33 liter curing compound, 64612.8 kg kabel prestressed, 7929 kg besi beton prestressed, 160 buah elastomer bearing, 3800.15 m2 RC panel serta 368.34 m3 pasir batu. Biaya yang dibutuhkan selama proyek berlangsung yaitu Rp. 48.518.923.727 jika dihitung menggunakan microsoft excel dan Rp. 48.588.660.645 jika dihitung menggunakan microsoft project. Sehingga menghasilkan selisih biaya sebesar 0.082%. Berdasarkan hasil perencanaan waktu pembangunan jembatan Cikreteg ini dilaksanakan selama 469 hari kalender dengan jalur kritis yang terdapat pada pekerjaan stressing, erection A1-P1, pekerjaan diafragma bentang A1-P1, pekerjaan RC panel serta pekerjaan pelat lantai hingga barrier. The cost required during the project is Rp. 48.518.923.727 if calculated using microsoft excel and Rp. 48.558.660.645 if calculated using microsoft project. So as to produce the cost difference of 0.082%. Based on the results Cikreteg bridge construction time planning was conducted for 469 calendar days with critical path contained in stressing work, erection A1-P1, the diaphragm work spans A1-P1, RC work of the panel and the floor plate to the barrier work.
