Arsip merupakan salah satu sumber informasi paling otentik dan memiliki peranan penting yaitu sebagai sarana yang membantu proses pengambilan keputusan dalam suatu organisasi dan sebagai (bukti fisik) dalam transaksi, terutama dalam perusahaan jasa. Kantor Pusat PT Kereta Api Indonesia Bandung merupakan perusahaan jasa bidang perkeretaapian yang menangani pelanggan di seluruh Indonesia. Sesuai jumlah arus administrasi yang dilakukan, dihasilkan arsip yang besar jumlahnya yang dikelola masih dengan menggunakan arsip manual pada unit kepemilikan dokumen aset. Pada awal tahun 2010 bagian unit kepemilikan aset pelayanan peminjaman sertifikat tanah dan dokumen melakukan input dan sorting data semi-elektronik menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2007. Hasil tersebut kemudian dijadikan acuan untuk mencari gambar pada dokumen grondkart atau sertifikat dengan mengurutkan sesuai dengan nama lokasi gambar dokumen grondkart tersebut. Hasil input data digunakan pula untuk pencarian data dengan menggunakan fasilitas find pada Microsoft Excel 2007 sehingga dokumen tersebut belum diinputkan datanya. Aplikasi yang dinamakan aplikasi pelayanan peminjaman dan penemuan kembali arsip dokumen grondkart dan sertifikat di unit kepemilikan dokumen aset Kantor Pusat PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Bandung dibuat untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat terutama mengenai waktu penemuan arsip dokumen grondkart dan sertifikat yang dapat ditemukan dalam satu menit. Rancangan (desain) logis dibuat untuk menerangkan alur pengolahan informasi dengan menggunakan Entity Relation Diagram (ERD), softwere yang digunakan aplikasi adalah dengan mengkombinasikan PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan MySQL. Hasil aplikasi ini dipresentasikan dalam rangka uij coba dan evaluasi untuk memastikan bahwa aplikasi ini berjalan sesuai harapan. Alat bantu penilaian berupa wawancara dan formulir uji coba yang harus diisi oleh lima responden selaku calon pengguna aplikasi. Dari hasil wawancara tersebut secara garis besar dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi yang dibuat sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan harapan dari pengguna. The archives is one of the most authentic source of information, have an important role, namely as a means of helping the process of decision making in an organization, the archive serves as Physical evidence (physical evidence) in the transaction, particularly in service companies. The headquarters of PT Indonesia Bandung Train was the railways field services company handling customers throughout Indonesia. Number of current Administration conducted a large archive, resulting in number. The number of large archives are still managed by using the archive manually at the unit of ownership document assets. In early 2010 a new part ownership of the assets of the unit certificate of land and loan service of a document by way of a semi-electronics by doing input and sorting data by using Microsoft Excel 2007. Sorting results are then made reference to search for pictures on grondkart document or certificate with the sort corresponding to the name of the location of the grondkart document image. The results of the input data used to search data using find in Microsoft Excel 2007 so that the document has not been inputed data is certainly not to be found. Based on the above description, created an application called application service of loaning and rediscovery of the archival documents grondkart and certificate in asset ownership document uit Headquarters Train PT (Persero) Indonesia Bandung to simplify and speed up the discovery of time concentrating on archive documents grondkart and certificates that can be found in one minute. In making this application, project design (design) to describe the logical flow of information processing used Entity Relation Diagram (ERD), while the software was used in the making of application sort with combining PHP (PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL. The results of this application is then presented in order to try and evaluate uij to ensure that these applications go according to expectations. Assessment tools in the form of an interview, filled out by five of the respondents as the candidate for the user or the user of the application. From the results of the interview for the outline can be drawn the conclusion that the application made is in compliance with the needs and expectations of users (User).
