Berdasarkan survey, wawancara dan pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan di unit Quality Assurance (QA) Incoming PT Sanghiang Perkasa, penulis menemukan beberapa masalah dalam proses perhitungan performa unit QA Incoming. Masalah tersebut yaitu proses perhitungan manual yang membutuhkan waktu lama sehingga menghambat pekerjaan, dan proses perhitungan dan pengecekan yang hanya dapat dilakukan oleh Supervisor karena data hasil perhitungan tersebut adalah data pribadi Supervisor yang dijadikan laporan pada saat meeting mingguan dan bulanan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan perancangan dan pembuatan dashboard performa unit QA Incoming yang dapat menghitung performa unit secara otomatis dan hasil perhitungan dapat dicek oleh seluruh pekerja di unit tersebut. Tujuan proyek ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi awal perhitungan performa di unit QA Incoming, kemudian merancang dan membuat dashboard performa, lalu melakukan uji coba dashboard kepada pengguna. Hasil proyek dashboard performa unit ini berbentuk Microsoft Excel dengan bantuan rumus fungsi untuk perhitungan rekap data raw material dan packaging material, macro dan Visual Basic for Application (VBA) untuk filter tanggal sesuai kebutuhan dan memunculkan data error, hyperlink sebagai navigator serta chart dan smartArt sebagai tampilan akhir hasil perhitungan pada dashboard. Hasil uji coba membuktikan bahwa dashboard yang dibuat dapat menghitung performa secara otomatis sehingga dapat mempercepat proses perhitungan performa. Selain itu, dashboard performa unit juga dapat dicek oleh seluruh pekerja di unit QA Incoming untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas di unit tersebut. Based on surveys, interviews and experience on the author's job training in the Incoming Quality Assurance (QA) unit PT Sanghiang Perkasa, the author found several problems in the process of calculating the performance of the Incoming QA unit. The problems are manual calculation process that takes a long time so it hampers work, and the calculation and checking process that can only be done by the Supervisor because the results of the calculation data are Supervisor personal data which is used as a report during weekly and monthly meetings. To solve the problem, should do designing and making performance dashboard QA Incoming units that can calculate the unit's performance automatically and the results of the calculations can be checked by all workers in the unit. The purpose of this project is to know the initial condition of performance calculation in QA Incoming unit, then design and create a performance dashboard, then do a dashboard test to the user. The result of this unit dashboard project is Microsoft Excel with the help of function formula for raw material and packaging material calculation, macros and Visual Basic for Application (VBA) to filter the date as needed and generate error data, hyperlink as navigator and also chart and smartArt as final display of calculation result on dashboard. The test results proved that the dashboard created can calculate the performance automatically so it can make speed up the process of performance calculation. In addition, the unit performance dashboard can also be checked by all workers in the Incoming QA unit to serve as an evaluation material so as to increase productivity in the unit.
