Cipaganti travel adalah pelopor di bidang jasa yang merupakan salah satu usaha yang didirikan oleh Andianto Setiabudi pada tahun 2002, dimana kantor pusatnya terletak di Jl. Jend. Gatot Subroto No. 94, Bandung. Jurusan perdana Cipaganti travel yaitu Bandung-Bogor, Bandung-Jakarta, Bandung-Bandara Soekarno Hatta, Bandung-Tasikmalaya dan Bandung-Cirebon. Meskipun Cipaganti travel sudah berdiri lama namun tidak menutup kemungkinan berpindahnya konsumen Cipaganti ke travel lain karena banyak bermunculan pesaing dalam bisnis ini. Banyaknya travel agent tersebut mengakibatkan persaingan yang semakin ketat. Agar tetap bertahan Cipaganti travel perlu meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen agar tetap menggunakan jasa Cipaganti travel. Melihat hal tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu media promosi yang dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan.
