Injektor merupakan komponen dalam mesin kendaraan yang berfungsi untuk mengabutkan bahan bakar kedalam silinder. Alat Injector tester ini dibuat agar kita dapat mengetahui lebih jelas kinerja injektor dalam Rpm dan waktu yang ditentukan dan mengukur hasil debit semprotan injektor kedalam gelas ukur dan selain itu alat ini juga dapat dipakai untuk mengetahui apakah injektor masih layak digunakan atau tidak, Pada hasil penelitian ini mengambil data dari 3 injektor yaitu: injektor sepeda matic, injektor sepeda bebek dan injektor sepeda bekas.
Dari analisa 3 injektor tersebut memiliki debit yang berbeda Ãâ beda pada setiap Rpm dan pada setiap waktunya, Pada injektor sepeda matic menghasilkan debit 20 ml dalam waktu 60 s dikecepatan Rpm 500, Pada injektor sepeda bebek menghasilkan debit 21 ml dalam waktu 60 s dikecepatan Rpm 500, Sedangkan pada injektor sepeda bekas menghasilkan debit 17 ml dalam waktu 60 s dikecepatan Rpm 500. Dari hasil ini menunjukan bahwa 3 injektor tersebut masih layak untuk digunakan.
