Pelat lantai menjadi salah satu struktur yang penting dalam pembangunan suatu gedung. Berbeda dengan struktur lainnya, pelat lantai memiliki penampang yang luas, sehingga dalam proses pelaksanaannya membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Untuk mengantisipasi hal tersebut, beragam pilihan metode untuk pelaksanaan pelat lantai tersedia di pasaran. Salah satu metode pelaksanaan pelat lantai adalah dengan menggunakan precast half slab. Precast half slab merupakan pelat lantai yang strukturnya terdiri dari pelat precast untuk bagian bawahnya yang sekaligus berfungsi sebagai bekisting dan pelat cast in situ yang merupakan bagian atas pelat lantai. Pada Proyek Kantor PT. Daya Adicipta Motora Bandung, metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan untuk pelat lantai adalah dengan menggunakan metal deck yang memiliki fungsi sebagai bekisting untuk bagian bawah pelat, sehingga terdapat kesamaan fungsi antara pelat lantai yang menggunakan metal deck dan precast half slab yaitu sama-sama berfungsi sebagai bekisting permanen dalam bagian bawah pelat. Dari kesamaan tersebut, maka dibuat rancangan metode pelaksanaan pelat lantai precast half slab pada lantai 3 sampai dengan lantai 7 Proyek Kantor PT. Daya Adicipta Motora Bandung. Perancangan metode pelaksanaan pelat lantai precast half slab ini meliputi perancangan struktur pelat lantai precast half slab, perhitungan biaya serta perhitungan waktu pelaksanaan. Shop drawing pelat precast juga dibuat untuk mengetahui bagaimana sambungan antar precast, sambungan precast ke balok dan juga penampang dari pelat precast half slab yang akan dibuat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, untuk Proyek Kantor PT. Daya Adicipta Motora Bandung dibuat 4 tipe pelat precast half slab dengan beragam ukuran. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk melaksanakan metode precast half slab ini adalah Rp.3.483.298.393. Selain itu, waktu pelaksanaan yang dibutuhkan untuk melaksanakan metode pelaksanaan pelat lantai precast half slab pada proyek ini adalah 63 hari.

Floor slab becomes one of the important structures in the building construction. Unlike other structures, floor slab had a wide cross-section and took considerable time in the working process. To anticipate this, there are various ways of construction method of floor slab on the market. One of the methods previously mentioned is precast half slab. Precast half slab is a floor slab which structure consists of precast slab for the lower part which also functions as formwork and cast in situ slab which is the upper part of the floor slab. At the project of office building of PT. Daya Adicipta Motora Bandung, the implementation method used for floor slab is to use a metal deck which has a function as formwork for the bottom of the slab, so that there is a similarity in function between the floor plate using the metal deck and the precast half slab, which both function as permanent formwork on the bottom of the slab. From these similarities, working method of precast half slab on the 3rd to 7th floor of the PT. Daya Adicipta Motora Bandung was designed. The design of the working method of the precast half slab includes the structure design of the precast half slab, the calculation of costs, and the calculation of the working time. Shop drawing of the precast half slab is also made to know the connection between the precast, the precast connection to the beam and also the cross section of the precast half slab to be made. According to the calculation results, the project of office building of PT. Daya Adicipta Motora Bandung was made with four types of precast haf slab with various dimensions. The cost required to work on the precast half slab method is Rp.3.483.298.393 and the working time required to work on the precast half slab method is 63 days.
