This research aim to knowing and learning how the information system of cas expenditure at PT Telkom KANDATEL BANDUNG at Supratman Road no 62 Bandung. Management of financial statement not yet computerized full, pursuant to research result at shares handling cash expenditure that is unit of bank cash. Desain Research used is Analytical Descriptive Method. Research Type used is research akademik. Data type in this research is merger from data qualitative and quantitative data. Data source obtained by a Writer is data of primary and data sekunder. In applying of step of system development of information is Waterfall. To look for and conclude the obtained data, Writer use the technique of data collecting of field study and book study. information system of Accountancy of cash expenditure represent a system managing data of operational burden that happened at PT Telkom KANDATEL Bandung, start from input of office of branch data, estimate data, data is detail of budget, data SPP until financial statement which its accuracy well guaranted, so that this system can be well-designed by fulfilling accountancy standard and also can yield the data become a[n information which is good for and reliably. By using a[n computer program which can assist the process is called Microsoft Access 2003.
