Accounting system used in Swamitra at a standstill is a semi manual system. It works based on documents that archived thoroughly. Swamitra has applied computerized system, but it use for the information system only. While for the accounting system, user has to input data again. This may lead mistakes and error. Research method that use describes the on going system is survey method. The research use data combination of primer and secondary data. The system development methodology is based on data, process, and result orientation. Data collected by direct interview with close-related unit which is A/O (pembina kredit) and company document exploration. Research techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and literary study. System development structure is literacy because data collections have to be done repeatedly. Loan accounting information system designed writer to act as write with a Data Flow Diagram (DFD), DFD level 1 process 1 with come process 20 next to diagram Konteks, Flowchart and for make a database write to use Microsoft Access 2003 and with an aid of Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 can help assist financial report making which is completed with general journal, general ledger, income statemen and balance sheet, that reliable and accurate.
