Pada Koperasi Karyawan PT. BCA, Tbk Mitra Sejahtera Bandung terdapat permasalahan yaitu dikarenakan calon anggota maupun anggota Koperasi harus datang langsung ke koperasi maka proses pendaftaran, peminjaman, pemesanan barang, mengetahui informasi data barang dan informasi terbaru di Koperasi dirasa sulit dilakukan. Kurangnya media penyampaian informasi juga merupakan kendalanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem yang sedang berjalan, membuat perancangan, melakukan pengujian dan implementasi sistem informasi koperasi berbasis web pada Koperasi Karyawan PT. BCA, Tbk Mitra Sejahtera Bandung. Kegunaan penelitian ini untuk dijadikan bahan pertimbangan bagi upaya perbaikan masalah yang berhubungan dengan Sistem Informasi Koperasi berbasis web pada Koperasi Karyawan PT. BCA, Tbk Mitra Sejahtera Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan action. Sedangkan metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah terstruktur dan metode pengembangannya menggunakan metode waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Alat bantu yang digunakan yaitu Flowmap, Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Kamus data dan Perancangan basis datanya yaitu Normalisasi dan Tabel relasi. Proses perancangan perangkat lunak menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan databasenya MYSQL, dengan tools Dreamweaver 8 dan web server apache. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan penulis, adanya Perancangan Sistem Informasi Koperasi berbasis web pada Koperasi Karyawan PT. BCA, Tbk Mitra Sejahtera Bandung diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah calon anggota maupun anggota koperasi dalam melakukan proses pendaftaran anggota, peminjaman, pemesanan barang dan mengetahui informasi data barang, simpan pinjam, status anggota, sisa cicilan anggota dan informasi terbaru di Koperasi karena dapat diakses kapan dan dimanapun tanpa harus datang ke Koperasi

At PT. BCA, Tbk cooperative employees, Mitra Sejahtera Bandung, there is a problem which is the member to be or the member of the cooperative has to come directly to the cooperative, so the process of registering, borrowing, ordering goods, knowing information about goods and the newest information at cooperative was felt difficult to be executed. The lacking of delivering media is also the problem. The purpose of this research is to find out the current system, make design, do some testing and implementation koperasi information system based on web at PT. BCA, Tbk cooperative employees, Mitra Sejahtera Bandung. The benefit of this research is a consideration for the efforts made to fix the problem related with cooperative System Information based on web at PT. BCA, Tbk cooperative employees, Mitra Sejahtera Bandung. The research method will use descriptive method and action. Approaching method will use structured and for development will use waterfall method. The method for collecting data will be observation, interview, and documentation. The support tool will be Flow map, Contex diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), data dictionary and for planning the database will use normalization and table relationship. The software design process will use PHP and MYSQL as database, with tools Dreamweaver 8 and web server apache. From the research done by the writer, the design cooperative Information System base on web at PT. BCA, Tbk cooperative employees, Mitra Sejahtera Bandung is hoping to help and give easier access for the member to be or the member of the cooperative in the process of registering membership, borrowing, ordering goods, and knowing the information about goods, saving borrowing, member status, the balance of member installment and the newest information at cooperative because they can be accessed whenever and wherever without have to come to the cooperative.
