Ringkasan
Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cibeusi merupakan lembaga yang bergerak dalam bidang pendidikan. Dalam pelaksanaan proses kerjanya, masih terdapat sistem yang belum memiliki alur terstruktur dan terdapat juga alur sistem yang membuat beban kerja bagian tata usaha tinggi. Namun demikian, terdapat pula beberapa bagian alur sistem yang sudah menggunakan sarana komputer dalam pengolahan data seperti dalam proses penjadwalan dan merekap nilai dari laporan guru. Pengolahan tersebut menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dari pabrikan Microsoft. Microsoft Excel sendiri merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk perhitungan-perhitungan, manajemen data administrasi dan lain-lain. Dalam penggunaannya, Microsoft excel tergolong aplikasi yang cukup rumit karena keunggulannya dapat terealisasikan apabila pengguna merupakan seseorang yang memahami pengaturan relasi tabel, penentuan kode-kode tertentu, pengaturan fungsi halaman-halaman dan lain-lain. Oleh karenanya, dibutuhkan suatu perancangan sistem yang lebih sederhana dalam pengaksesannya. Pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan pengguna hanyalah memahami alur penginputan data dan tentunya berbasis online agar informasi seputar kegiatan akademik Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cibeusi dapat terpublikasi secara luas dan tetap.Adapun metode pendekatan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan Object Oriented. Dalam pendekatan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode OOA (Object Oriented Analysis) untuk proses analisis sistem dan OOD (Object Oriented Design) untuk proses perancangannya. Metode-metode tersebut divisualisasikan dalam bentuk UML (Unified Modelling Language). Selanjutnya metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Prototype dan syntax yang digunakan adalah bahasa pemograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), serta MySQL digunakan sebagai databasenya.Dengan diterapkannya perancangan sistem informasi pelayanan akademik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cibeusi yang bersifat client server, diharapkan dapat meringankan beban proses pelayanan akademik, sehingga sekolah atau instansi tersebut dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan secara maksimal.

Cibeusi Primary School is an institution engaged in education. In the process of its implementation, there are system that does not have a structured workflow and also the flow of the system that makes the administration workload high. However, there are some parts of the system that is already using the computer system in data processing such as in the process of scheduling and recapitalize the value of teacher reports. The processing of the applications is using the Microsoft Excel from the Microsoft manufacturer. Microsoft Excel itself is an application that can be used for calculations, the administrations data management and others. In use, the Microsoft Excel application considered quite complicated because it excellence can only realized if the user is capable to understand the relation table settings, the determination of a specific code, the function settings pages and others. Therefore, we need a simpler system design in accessing it. The knowledge that the users need only to understand the flow of the input data and online-based course that provide information about Cibeusi public primary school academic activities can be publicized widely and fixed.The method of approach system that has been used in this study is the Object Oriented. In this approach, researchers used a method OOA (Object Oriented Analysis) to process and system analysis OOD (Object Oriented Design) for the design process. These methods are visualized in the form of UML (Unified Modeling Language). Further system development methods used in this study is a prototype model and syntax as programming language used is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and used MySQL as the database.With the implementation of information system design academic services at Cibeusi Primary School which are client server, the process is expected to ease the burden of academic services, so, that the school or the institution can achieve the goals that have been set to the maximum.
