The information system which quickly, precisely and accurate is very required in this time, so also with information system in Tricom Pratama Bandung having the problems, there is not have the information system of purchasing and sale supporting growthing old system, mistake in giving of price and system of transaction still manual. The aim of this research is to design a new system, where the new system can overcome the problems which happen in Tricom Pratama Bandung. The research metodelogi is eksploration method. The data collecting method is be done by using interview and observation, while its scheme method use the OOA ( Object of Oriented Analysis), OOD ( Object of Oriented Design) and model its process is use the spiral model. The research which writer to yield an information system of purchasing and sale able to support the company growth, can assist the service work to consumer and making of transaction report which quickly, precisely and accurate.
