Research of methodologies which used in this problems is descriptive method with type of research is case study. Data collecting technique method is interview, perception and literature study method. Then there is also development method that is using methodologies classis life cycle or water fall model. In data processing system scheme of salary is using Delphi 5.0. With existence of computerized system device, data processing of salary and officer more effective and quicker.
