PT. Deka Interior Contractor adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang interior contractor. Perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang produksi berkaitan erat dengan persediaan bahan baku. Proses rekapitulasi data persediaan bahan baku pada PT DeKa tidak dilakukan secara berkala melainkan pada saat dibutuhkan saja. Hal tersebut dapat menyita waktu dan menguragi keefektifan kerja perusahaan, karena apabila perusahaan membutuhkan rekapitulasi data bahan baku maka harus dibuatkan terlebih dahulu. Dan juga dapat mengganggu proses produksi dan proses pembelian bahan baku karena jumlah persediaan bahan baku tidak diketahui secara pasti. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode prototype dengan metode pendekatan terstruktur. Alat bantu analisis dan perancangan sistem yaitu menggunakan flowmap, diagram konteks, serta DFD. Aplikasi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan software yaitu Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 dengan aplikasi database Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Sistem yang dibangun adalah Sistem Informasi Persediaan Bahan Baku dengan database berbasis client-server yang dapat mengelola data bahan baku, proyek, pembelian barang, serta produksi.

Batik Fahmi is one of a cottage industry engaged in the sale of batik in the city pekalongan. Currently batik fahmi still using the conventional system which is still in sales, Also do not yet have a good media campaign about the existence of Batik Fahmi that could lead to an influential impact on the process of selling consumer products like quiet. The purpose of this study was conducted to design an information system batik web-based sales, system implementation and learn to know the analysis and testing program at Batik Shops Fahmi. The design study is a descriptive case study approach on Batik Shops Fahmi, as well as data collection techniques used include the primary data source is by way of observation and interview, while the secondary data source that is by looking at the document-structured approaches used dokumen.Metode and methods of developing web-based information system sales are made using the method of Prototype, with a system development tools flowmap, context diagram, DFD and database design tool of the proposed form of ERD. While the creation of the software in this thesis, the authors use software PHP and Macromedia Dreamweaver, and to use the My-SQL database. The results showed that the sales information system design web-based product made from batik can assist consumers in accessing information on batik products are sold, implementing information systems that include software implementation, hardware, database and interface of the resulting application. The final stage is to conduct the testing of applications using the Blackbox.
