Meteor futsal adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa lapangan futsal, perusahaan ini sama sekali belum terkomputerisasi sehingga sangat sulit untuk mempromosikan lapangannya, kalah saing dengan lapngan-lapangan futsal lainnya, dan juga masalah waktu dalam pertukaran informasi sehingga pelanggan untuk menyewa lapangan harus datang langsung ke tempat perusahaan ini berada.Untuk mendukung pembuatan sistem ini dalam penelitian penulis menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara serta penggunaan metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak prototype yang meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan pemakai, pembuatan prototype, pengujian prototype, perbaikan prototype dan pengembangan versi produksi yang diharapkan dapat membantu dalam perancangan sistem ini. Program aplikasi E-commerce ini menggunakan PHP, Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 dan Apache Triad sebagai Web server dengan My SQL sebagai Database.Dibuatnya sistem ini dapat mengefektifkan kinerja dari perusahaan, dan juga dapat memudahkan pelanggan dalam melakukan proses booking dan transaksi. Akan tetapi aplikasi ini masih memiliki kekurangan, perlu pembenahan, penambahan dan pengembangan agar menjadi aplikasi yang sempurna.
