Arnes Shuttle merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang usaha jasa transportasi darat. Salah satu layanan jasa yang ditawarkan oleh Arnes Shuttle yaitu reservasi tiket travel. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Arnes Shuttle ini adalah proses kegiatan reservasi tiket yang masih menggunakan sistem konvensional dimana konsumen atau calon pengguna jasa harus melakukan pemesanan tiket melalui telepon dan apalagi harus datang langsung ke shelter Arnes Shuttle hanya untuk melihat informasi jadwal keberangkatan travel dan pembelian tiket. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sedangkan metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan terstruktur dan prototype sebagai metode pengembangannya. Cara pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan melakukan metode observasi dan wawancara. Penulis menggunakan alat bantu dan teknik pengerjaan seperti Flowmap, Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Proses pembuatan aplikasi dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak XAMPP, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox. Sistem informasi reservasi tiket yang dibangun diharapkan dapat memudahkan pegawai (Customer Service) dalam mengelola jadwal keberangkatan, pemesanan tiket maupun pembatalan tiket bagi konsumen. Dan juga dapat membantu konsumen untuk mendapatkan informasi yang tepat mengenai layanan reservasi tiket yang ditawarkan oleh pihak Arnes Shuttle. Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah kinerja pegawai dalam melayani konsumen.

Problems that occur in Arnes Shuttle is the process of reservation of tickets are still using the conventional system in which customers or potential service users have to book tickets over the phone and moreover must come directly to the shelter Arnes Shuttle only to see the travel departure schedule information and ticket purchases. This research method using descriptive method. While the approach used is a structured approach as a method and prototype development. The data collected is used to perform the method of observation and interviews. Author using the tools and working techniques such as Flowmap, Diagram Context, Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The process of making an application using the software XAMPP, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox. Ticket reservation information system built is expected to facilitate the employees (Customer Services) to manage departure schedules, ticket booking or ticket cancellation for consumers. And can also help consumers to get the right information about ticket reservation service offered by Arnes Shuttle. Excepted by the existence of this application can simplify employee performance in serving consumers.
