Planet Mobile merupakan salah satu jenis perusahan yang bergerak pada bidang penjualan Handphone, Modem dan aksesoris. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Outlet tersebut yaitu karena belum adanya media promosi yang mampu meningkatkan penjualan dan menarik minat pelanggan untuk memesan dan membeli produk, belum adanya sistem yang mampu mengelola data produk untuk membantu kerja petugas dan menangani proses penjualan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem yang berjalan, untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Penjualan, untuk melakukan testing dan untuk melakukan implementasi Sistem Informasi Penjualan yang telah dirancang pada Outlet Planet Mobile BEC Bandung Berbasis Web. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi dan wawancara, dan juga metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan ialah Prototype, dimana pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan pendekatan untuk membuat sesuatu program dengan cepat dan bertahap sehingga dapat segera dievaluasi oleh pemakai. Pemodelan sistem ini menggunakan perancangan terstruktur yaitu dengan flowmap, diagram konteks, data flow diagram (DFD). Dibantu dengan pengujian perangkat lunak menggunakan metode black box testing. Hasil penelitian pada perancangan Sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web yang diusulkan mampu menjawab semua permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem yang sedang berjalan seperti penjualan dengan jangkauan pasra yang tidak terbatas dan perekapan laporan penjualan yang tepat, dengan hasil pengujian terhadap sistem yang diusulkan adalah baik yaitu dapat memeriksa dan mengurangi intensitas kesalahan pada sistem informasi penjualan yang dirancang/ diusulkan, dan proses implementasi dengan hasil sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan oleh pemakai.

The research was conducted at Planet Outlet Mobile BEC Bandung. Planet Mobile Outlet established in 2002, for 10 years the company was only able to open two outlets and employs 20 employees, Planet Mobile is one of the companies engaged in the sale of mobile phones, modems and accessories. Problems that occurred in these outlets is because there are no media campaign to increase sales and attract customers to order and buy the product, not a system capable of managing data products to help officers and working properly handle the sales process. Purpose of this study was to determine how the system is running, to design the Sales Information System, to perform testing on the sales information system has been designed, to implement the Sales Information System has been designed on the Planet Outlet Web-Based Mobile BEC Bandung. The method used is descriptive method with data collecting technique is observation and interviews, as well as software development method used is Prototype, with the development of this system using the approach to make something fast and phased program so it can be evaluated by the user (user ). And the approach taken in the object-oriented, and modeling the system using a structured design is by flowmap, context diagram, data flow diagram (DFD). Assisted with software testing black box testing methods. The results of Designing web-based information system of the proposed sale has been able to answer all the problems that occur in the system is running like a sale with an unlimited range and pasara perekapan proper sales reports, with the results of testing of the proposed system is a good that is able to check and reduce the intensity of the errors on the sales information system designed / proposed, and the implementation process with results in line with what is expected by the user.
