Sustainable event merupakan proyek yang dirancang pada laporan tugas akhir. Perancangan sustainable event bekerjasama dengan museum Barli. Tujuan dibuatnya proyek adalah untuk meningkatkanbrand awareness museum Barli sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Tahapan dalam perancangan sustainable event dimulai dengan menentukan tujuan hingga perancangan legalitas event. Dalam penyusunan rencana detil event, batasan masalah proyek adalah merancang kegiatan operasional dan pemasaran event saja. Didasari dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan brand awareness, konsep sustainable event diharapkan dapat memberikan nilai positif bagi museum Barli, selain itu penyelenggaraan event yang dilakukan satu tahun sekali diharapkan dapat membantu proses pengenalan nama museum kepada wisatawan dan masyarakat. Hasil perancangan sustainable event adalah rancangan kegiatan operasional yang meliputi rangkaian program, penentuan tema, desain logo dan venue event, perancangan struktur kepanitiaan beserta job-desk, dan perancangan legalitas event. Untuk bidang pemasaran, hasil yang diperoleh adalah penentuan strategi segmentasi pasar, target pasar, dan positioning event, serta perancangan media promosi event seperti desain e-flyer, e-poster, dan perancangan media sosial twitter, instagram, danvideo advertising event. Seluruh hasil perancangan menerapkan unsur sustainable event yang telah ditentukan, seperti: responsible, greening, environmentally friendly, social & culture, dan economic dalam pembuatannya. Melalui sustainable event, museum Barli dapat memberikan wawasan baru kepada semua pihak bahwa penyelenggaraan event dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi lingkungan, masyarakat lokal, budaya lokal, serta pada sektor ekonomi. Penyelenggaraan sustainable event juga dapat berpengaruh positif bagi citra perusahaan. Kata kunci: Sustainable event, museum Barli, brand awareness, event, unsur sustainable event.

Sustainable event is a project that was designed in final report. Sustainable event project collaboration with the Barli museum. The purpose of this project is to create brand awareness Barli museum that is expected to increase the number of tourist visits. The steps in the design of sustainable event starts with setting goals until make a design the legality of the event. In the preparation of a detailed plan events, problem definition is only about design project operations and marketing event. Based on the aim of the event to create brand awareness, the concept of sustainable event is expected to give a positive value for Barli museum, besides organizing events conducted once a year is expected to help the process of name recognition museum to tourists and the public. A results of sustainable design event is a draft operational activities involving a range of programs, determining the theme, logo design and event venues, make a design of committe structure and the job description, and also the design of the legality of the event. For the marketing field, the result obtained is the determination of market segmentation strategy, target markets, and positioning the event, as well as the design of promotional media events such as the design of e-flyers, e-posters, and designing social media twitter, instagram, and video advertising event. The whole result of design apply the concept of sustainability in its manufacture. Through sustainable event, Barli museum can provide new insights to all parties that organize events can have a positive impact on the environment, local communities, local culture, as well as in the economic sector.
