Proyek ini membahas mengenai tata ruang dan lingkungan fisik kantor Service Department PT Mahligai Puteri Berlian (Mitsubishi Motors Cimahi). Tujuan dari proyek ini untuk mengetahui bentuk tata ruang kantor dan peralatan yang digunakan, lingkungan fisik yang ada, serta merancang ulang tata ruang kantor yang sesuai. Materi yang akan dibahas dalam proyek ini adalah mengetahui pengertian tata ruang kantor, bentuk tata ruang kantor, manfaat tata ruang kantor yang baik, lingkungan fisik yang seharusnya diterapkan di kantor, serta peralatan dan perlengkapan yang digunakan di kantor. Teknik pengumpulan data dari proyek ini merupakan hasil pengukuran setiap ruang kerja beserta peralatan dan perlengkapan yang digunakan, hasil pengamatan penulis, wawancara terhadap para pegawai, serta studi job description sebagai acuan alur kerja. Dalam proyek ini, penulis menggunakan software google sketch up dan membuat maket atau miniatur untuk membuat rancangan tata ruang kantor tersebut. Hasil perancangan tata ruang kantor Service Department PT Mahligai Puteri Berlian (Mitsubishi Motors Cimahi) yaitu penggunaan bentuk tata ruang kantor campuran dengan memperhatikan azas penggunaan setiap ruang, rangkaian kerja dan jarak terpendek antar setiap ruang kerja pegawai. Selain itu penambahan mesin foto copy, penggunaan kursi ergonomis dan meja yang sesuai. Penambahan sumber cahaya dengan lampu dan jendela sangat dianjurkan karena dapat berdampak baik terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan adanya proyek ini diharapkan Service Department PT Mahligai Puteri Berlian (Mitsubishi Motors Cimahi) dapat memiliki tata ruang dan lingkungan fisik kantor yang sesuai serta dapat mengaplikasikannya dalam menunjang kegiatan bisnis sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Selain itu dapat dijadikan referensi pengajaran khususnya tentang tata ruang kantor bagi Jurusan Administrasi Niaga. Kata kunci: Perancangan Tata Ruang dan Lingkungan Fisik Kantor

This project addresses the spatial and physical environment of the office Service Department PT Mahligai Puteri Berlian (Mitsubishi Motors Cimahi). The purpose of this project is to determine the form of office layout and equipment used, the existing physical environment, as well as redesigning the office layout accordingly. Material that will be addressed in this project was to determine the spatial sense office office layout shapes, the benefits of good office layout, the physical environment should be applied in the office, as well as equipment and supplies used in offices. Data collection techniques of this project is the result of measurement of each workspace with tools and equipment used, the writer's observation, interviews of employees and job description as a reference study workflow. In this project, the authors use the software google sketch up and make a scale model or miniature to draft the office layout. The results of the design of office layout Service Department PT Mahligai Puteri Berlian (Mitsubishi Motors Cimahi) the use of the spatial form of a mixture of office by taking into account the principle of use of each space, a series of work and the shortest distance between any employee workspace. Besides the addition of a photo copy machine, the use of ergonomic chairs and tables as appropriate. The addition of a light source with light and windows are highly recommended because it can affect both the performance of employees. With the project is expected to Service Department PT Mahligai Puteri Berlian (Mitsubishi Motors Cimahi) can have spatial and physical environment as well as the appropriate office to apply in supporting business activities so as to improve employee productivity. Moreover, it can be used as a reference in particular about grammar teaching office space for the Department of Business Administration. Key words: Spatial Design Office and the Physical Environment
