Produktivitas suatu organisasi secara langsung atau tidak langsung dipengaruhi oleh penataan ruang kerja (Sukoco, 2007). Tata ruang kantor lantai satu kantor pusat PT Agronesia Bandung pada umumnya belum memenuhi keempat azas yaitu azas jarak terpendek, azas rangkaian kerja, azas penggunaan segenap ruangan, dan azas perubahan susunan tempat kerja (Sedarmayanti, 2009). Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil observasi lokasi dan adanya keluhan dari pegawai terkait ruang kerja yang ditempati. Maka dari itu pada proyek ini dibuatkan perancangan tata ruang kantor lantai satu kantor pusat PT Agronesia Bandung. Ruang lingkup permasalahan yang akan dibahas pada proyek ini yaitu mengenai kondisi awal dan perancangan tata ruang kantor lantai satu kantor pusat PT Agronesia Bandung. Hasil perancangan proyek tata ruang kantor ini berupa perubahan letak ruangan beberapa Divisi, perluasan ruangan, perubahan letak maupun penambahan peralatan dan furniture kantor, serta pengaturan udara. Selain itu pada perancangan ini, dibuatkan pula maket atau miniatur perancangan tata ruang kantor lantai satu kantor pusat PT Agronesia Bandung sebagai pelengkap dari hasil rancangan. Hasil perancangan proyek ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi PT Agronesia untuk mendapatkan tata ruang kantor yang baik sebagai salah satu usaha dalam proses peningkatan produktivitas kerja pegawai. Productivity of an organization is directly or indirectly affected by the arrangement of work space (Sukoco, 2007). In general, the first floor office of PT Agronesia BandungÃâs office layout do not meet criteria of these four principles yet, those are: the principle of the shortest distance, the principle of a series of work, the principle of using the whole room, and the principle of changing the composition of the workplace (Sedarmayanti, 2009). It can be seen from the result of location observation and employeeÃâs complaint about their office layout. Therefore, this project is conducted to make a design of office floor layout of PT Agronesia Bandung. The scope of issues that will be addressed in this project is the existing condition and the design of first floor office layout of PT Agronesia Bandung. The results of this design office layout project are an alteration of the several divisions room location, expansion of the rooms, alteration of the location and the addition of equipment, office furniture, and air conditioning. Beside that, the present writer also made a scale model or miniature office layout office floor design of PT Agronesia Bandung as a complement of the design. The result of the project design is expected to be a reference for the PT Agronesia to get a good work office layout as one of the process of improving employeeÃâs productivity.
