Rumah Sakit Umum Bina Sehat Dayeuhkolot merupakan sebuahbr / perusahaan yang bergerak di dalam lembaga kesehatan. Dalam pengelolaanbr / perangkat lunak kepegawaian di Rumah Sakit Umum Bina Sehat Dayeuhkolotbr / masih menggunakan sistem yang belum terkomputerisasi dan dilakukan secarabr / manual, dengan masih mengandalkan pencarian arsip-arsip untuk mendapatkanbr / informasi mengenai data pengolahan cuti, data pegawai, absensi, lembur danbr / penggajian pegawai. Dengan sistem yang berjalan saat ini menghambat terhadapbr / kebutuhan data yang seharusnya tersedia dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Adapunbr / tujuan dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem yangbr / sedang berjalan, membuat perancangan perangkat lunak mengimplementasikanbr / perangkat lunak serta melakukan analisis dan pengujian program yang terbatasbr / pada perangkat luanak kepegawaian pada Rumah Sakit Umum Bina Sehatbr / Dayeuhkolot.br / Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut metode penelitian yang digunakanbr / meliputi desain penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif, metode pengumpulanbr / data yang digunakan wawancara dan observasi, metode pendekatan yangbr / digunakan adalah metode pendekatan terstruktur, metode pengembanganbr / sistemnya adalah model waterfall, alat bantu analisis dan perancangan meliputibr / flowmap, diagram kontek, kamus data dan perancangan basis data. Adapunbr / perangkat lunak pendukung dalam pembuatan perangkat lunak kepegawaian inibr / adalah Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai interface dan Microsoft SQL Serverbr / 2000 sebagai databasenya.br / Dengan diimplementasikannya perangkat lunak kepegawaian inibr / diharapkan dapat memudahkan pegawai maupun petugas di bagian kepegawaianbr / dalam pelaksanaan sistem kepegawaian tersebut, sehingga membantu mencapaibr / hasil kerja yang maksimal dan dapat menunjang informasi yang cepat dan akurat.

Bina Sehat Dayeuhkolot general hospital is a company who operatos in thebr / health association. The softwareÂ’s management of this hospitalÂ’s personelÂ’sbr / offairs it is still using uncomputerized system, where they do it manually that stillbr / count the document search in getting the information about off-work/leavebr / management, the data of employees, absence, overtime and employeeÂ’s salary. Bybr / this on going system, it can give obstacles to the needs of data, that should bebr / provided effectively fast and accurate. The purpose of this final task is to get tobr / know the ongoing system, to creats a software management to implementbr / software tools, also to analize and duing some tests on the limited software ofbr / personel affairs in Bina Sehat Dayeuhkolot general hospital.br / The method of the research that I have used in reaching this purpose is bybr / descriptive method design, observations and interviews to compile data. Thebr / method of approach has been used for this research as well. They are structuruzedbr / approach in which the method of its development system is waterfall model. Thebr / helping tools for the analysis and design are flowmap, diagram of contex, databr / dictionary and basic data design the supporting software in making this personelÂ’sbr / affair software is Microsoft visual basic 6.0 as interface and microsof SQL serverbr / 2000 as its database.br / By the implementation of this personelÂ’s affair software, I hope that it canbr / help and efficiently work for the employees and for the personels in thebr / departementof labour, in undergoing their personelÂ’s affairsystem, I also trulybr / hope that the research and system that I have created can be userful and help ful inbr / reaching a maximum work result and also could support the informations to bebr / fast up to date and accurate
