The final assignment is about planning and holding an tour package Warna Bahari 2006 at Visitour Tours & Travel, which is located in Jalan Dipati Ukur 68B Bandung. The objective of this final assignment are to knows how to plan and hold an tour package, document that use in holding an tour package, and the obstacles that exist in holding an tour package of Warna Bahari 2006 and solved that obstacles. Based on the result of the on-the-job training, known that the Visitour Tours & Travel have a tour programme for develop the company, It's called Warna Bahari 2006 that hold every years. The document that use in the planning and holding Warna Bahari are commonly known in tourism industry, such as invoice, tour itinerary and vouchers. But in the planning and holding Warna Bahari there are several obstacles that haven't been solved The obstacles are lack of staffs, lack of facilities, and lack of publication.
