Salah satu bidang yang merasakan dampak dari perkembangan teknologi adalah bidang kesehatan. Peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan terus dilakukan pemerintah, antara lain dengan diberlakukannya Undang-Undang Nomor 20 tahun 2003 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Bidang Kesehatan dan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 19 Tahun 2005 tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal Bidang Kesehatan. Institusi kesehatan yang dipilih sebagai studi kasus penelitian ini adalah Dinkes Kota Cimahi. Arsitektur enterprise mengandung arti perencanaan, pengklasifikasian, pendefinisian, dan rancangan konektifitas dari berbagai komponen yang menyusun suatu enterprise yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk model dan gambar serta memiliki komponen utama yaitu arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur informasi (data), arsitektur aplikasi, dan arsitektur teknologi. Saat ini ada beragam jenis framework yang menunjukkan perkembangan konsep arsitektur enterprise, diantaranya adalah Zachman framework, Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF), DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Treasury Enterprise Architecture Framework (TEAF), serta The Open Group Architectural Framework (TOGAF). TOGAF memiliki kelebihan bersifat fokus pada siklus implementasi Architecture Development Method (ADM), lebih detail, dan lengkap. Oleh karena itu, framework yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah TOGAF. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Pemodelan arsitektur enterprise ini, memberikan panduan dalam membuat cetak biru untuk pengembangan sistem informasi implementasi SPM-BK untuk data, aplikasi, bisnis, dan teknologi.

One area that is feeling the impact of technological developments is the health field. Improving the quality of health services continues to be carried out by the government, among others, by the enactment of Law No. 20 of 2003 on Minimum Service Standards in Health and Government Regulation (PP) Number 19 Year 2005 regarding Minimum Service Standard for Health Sector. The health institution selected as the case study study is Cimahi City Health Office. Enterprise architecture means planning, classifying, defining, and designing connectivity of the various components that make up an enterprise embodied in the form of models and drawings and has the main components of business architecture, information architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture. Currently there are various types of framework that show the development of enterprise architecture concepts, including the Zachman framework, Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF), DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Treasury Enterprise Architecture Framework (TEAF), and The Open Group Architectural Framework (TOGAF) . TOGAF has the advantage of being focused on the implementation cycle of Architecture Development Method (ADM), more detail, and complete. Therefore, the framework used for this study is TOGAF. From the result of the research, the conclusion is as follows: The modeling of this enterprise architecture, provide guidance in making blueprint for the development of SPM-BK implementation information system for data, application, business, and technology.
