Ekowisata di Blok Citiis merupakan satu diantara aset pariwisata di Kabupaten Garut yang memiliki luas 48.760 m2. Ekowisata Blok Citiis memiliki tugu sejarah dan bebatuan besar dengan latar belakang Gunung Guntur. Namun, ekowisata Blok Citiis belum memiliki aset fasilitas wisata sesuai standar untuk menunjang kepentingan wisatawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merencanakan aset fasilitas apa sajakah yang dibutuhkan, menghitung jumah masing-masing jumlah aset fasilitas yang dibutuhkan, menghitung estimasi biaya pembangunan aset fasilitas serta merencanakan rancangan posisi penempatan aset fasilitas ekowisata Blok Citiis. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Aset Fasilitas Ekowisata Blok Citiis. Grand theory dalam penelitian ini yaitu Perencanaan Kebutuhan Aset, Ekowisata dan Estimasi Biaya. Sementara itu, landasan normatif yang digunakan yaitu Peraturan Dirjen Perlindungan Hutan dan Konservasi Alam No: P.02/IV- SET/2012 tentang Pembangunan Sarana Pariwisata Alam di Taman Nasional, Taman Hutan Raya dan Taman Wisata Alam dan Permenpar No.1/2017 tentang Petunjuk Operasional Pengelolaan DAK Bidang Pariwisata. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Observasi ilmiah, interview dan studi dokumentasi merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini, aset fasilitas yang dibutuhkan ekowisata Blok Citiis yaitu akomodasi dengan luas 2.925 m2 dan 5.290 m2, rumah makan dengan luas 342 m2dan 135 m2, toko oleh2 dengan luas 81 m2, area parkir dengan luas 1.165,5 m2, toilet dengan luas 193,6 m2, tempat sampah berjumlah 40, tempat ibadah dengan luas 54 m2, papan informasi dengan jumlah 73, area bermain anak terdapat 4 titik,pos keamanan dengan luas 12 m2, APAR berjumlah 6 tabung, serta ruang pelayanan administrasi dengan luas 78 m2. Sementara itu, total estimasi biaya pembangunan aset fasilitas ekowisata Blok Citiis yaitu Rp 12.078.387.282,5. Kata Kunci: Perencanaan Kebutuhan, Aset Fasilitas Ekowisata, Estimasi Biaya.

Ecotourism in Blok Citiis is one of the tourism assets in Kabupaten Garut. It has the area of 48.760 m2. Ecotourism in Blok Citiis has a historical monument and huge rocks with a backround of Mount Guntur. However, currently the ecotourism in Blok Citiis is not providing tourism facility assets according to the standard to support the tourists' interests. The purpose of this research is to plan the facility assets required, calculate the quantity of each facility assets, calculate the cost estimation for facility assets construction, also to design the facility assets placement in Blok Citiis Ecotourism. The object of the research is Facility Assets in Blok Citiis Ecotourism. The grand theory used in this research includes asset needs planning, ecotourism, and cost estimation. The normative base used in this research are Peraturan Dirjen Perlindungan Hutan dan Konservasi Alam No: P.02/IV-SET/2012 tentang Pembangunan Sarana Pariwisata Alam di Taman Nasional, Taman Hutan Raya and Taman Wisata Alam dan Permenpar No.1/2017 tentang Petunjuk Operasional Pengelolaan DAK Bidang Pariwisata. The method of this research is descriptive. Scientific observation, interview, and documentation study are conducted to collect the data required for this research. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive with qualitative and quantitative approach. The result of this research is facility assets required but Blok Citiis Ecotourism includes accommodation with the area of 2.925 m2 and 5.290 m2, a restaurant with the area of 342 m2 and 135 m2, a souvenirs shop with the area of 81 m2, a parking area with the area of 1.165,5 m2, toilets with the area of 193,6 m2, total 40 of trash can, total 54 m2 of praying room, total 73 of information board, 4 spots of kids playground area, security post with the area of 12 m2, total 6 of fire extinguisher, and administration service room with the area of 78 m2. Meanwhile, the total estimated cost of facility assets construction in blok citiis ecotourism is Rp 12.078.387.282,5. Keywords: Needs Planning, Ecotourism Facility Assets, Cost Estimation.
