Aset Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) Taman Air Gua Sunyaragi (TAGS) termasuk ke dalam jenis RTH taman lingkungan. TAGS adalah tujuan wisata serta sebagai ikon cagar budaya di Kota Cirebon, namun belum memenuhi kualitas RTH berdasarkan aspek-aspek Integrative Approach. Tujuan proyek ini untuk merencanakan pengembangan aset RTH berdasarkan Lively Planning Integrative Approaches serta menghitung estimasi biayanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Landasan teori yang digunakan adalah Lively Planning Integrative Approaches (Cilliers et al., 2014; Haq, 2011) meliputi virtual, sosial, aspek perencanaan, ekonomi, perspektif ekologi, visual, dan pergerakan. Perhitungan estimasi biaya menggunakan metode meter persegi dan unit terpasang (Prawoto, 2014). Landasan normatif mengenai syarat kelengkapan dan teknis fasilitas. Hasil proyek ini merupakan perencanaan pengembangan yakni rancangan teknologi informasi yang sesuai kriteria aspek virtual, perencanaan fasilitas penunjang sosial budaya pada aspek sosial, pemenuhan dan kelengkapan fisik fasilitas pada aspek perencanaan, pengembangan potensi pendapatan pada aspek ekonomi, perencanaan peningkatan vegetasi pada perspektif ekologi, perancangan ornamen dan visualisasi pada aspek visual, perancangan jalur pejalan kaki yang sesuai kebutuhan pengunjung pada aspek pergerakan. Besarnya estimasi biaya pembangunan dan pembelian terkait perencanaan proyek jika direalisasikan pada tahun 2021 sebesar Rp. 4.049.463.523,52. Luaran dari proyek perencanaan ini adalah gambar ilustrasi layout 3 dimensi, pemetaan distribusi fasilitas, dan poster layout area pengembangan Taman Air Gua Sunyaragi.

Green Open Space Assets (RTH) in Taman Air Gua Sunyaragi (TAGS) are included in the type of environmental green space parks. TAGS is a tourist destination as well as an icon of cultural heritage in the city of Cirebon, but does not meet the quality of green open space based on aspects of the Integrative Approach. The purpose of this project is to plan the development of green open space assets based on Lively Planning Integrative Approaches and calculate the estimated costs. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection used by interview, observation, and study documentation. The theoretical basis used is Lively Planning Integrative Approaches (Cilliers et al., 2014; Haq, 2011) covering virtual, social, planning aspects, economics, ecological, visual, and movement perspectives. Calculation of the estimated cost using the square meter method and installed units (Prawoto, 2014). Normative base regarding the completeness and technical requirements of the facility. The results of this project are development plans, namely information technology design that suitable the criteria of virtual aspects, planning for supporting socio-cultural facilities on social aspects, fulfillment and physical completeness of facilities on planning aspects, developing potential income in economic aspects, planning to increase vegetation on an ecological perspective, designing ornaments and visualization on visual aspects, designing pedestrian paths that appropriate the needs of visitors on the movement aspect. The estimated amount of the construction and procurement costs related to project planning if realized in 2021 is Rp. 4,049,463,523,52. The output of this planning project is a 3-dimensional layout illustration, facility distribution mapping, and poster layout for the development of Taman Air Gua Sunyaragi.
