Taman Ecobrick dan Sarana Olahraga memiliki area seluas 4.323,2 m2. Taman ini berada di tepi sungai Citarum namun belum menyediakan fasilitas untuk memenuhi aspek taman berdasarkan konsep riverfront development. Tujuan proyek ini merencanakan pengembangan aset Taman Ecobrick dan Sarana Olahraga Desa Pangauban berdasarkan konsep riverfront development dan menghitung estimasi biaya pengembangan taman. Teori yang digunakan untuk pengembangan ini adalah riverfront development yang meliputi enam aspek yakni land use, accessibility and connectivity, infrastructure, built, character dan slump up gradation serta estimasi biaya pengembangan taman berdasarkan pengembangan riverfront development. Metode proyek menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menerapkan studi dokumentasi dan studi banding. Data yang dianalisis meliputi data primer yaitu fasilitas taman sektor 7 dan data sekunder yaitu dokumen Master Plan Manhattan Riverside. Hasil proyek ini meliputi (1) pengembangan aspek land use yakni pengembangan mixed land used meliputi area rekreasi dan area perdagangan. Pengembangan aspek infrastructure yang terdiri dari infrastruktur biru berupa boardwalk dan dinding bronjong sepanjang 60 m, infrastruktur hijau berupa taman bunga, tanaman perdu, pepohonan besar dan lapangan rumput hijau., dan infrastruktur abu berupa alat bermain, lapangan olahraga, jogging track dan pedestrian sepanjang 140 m, 19 unit tempat sampah, 25 buah bangku taman, 40 buah lampu taman, toilet, area parkir seluas 250 m2, 4 buah gazebo dan pergola berukuran (15 x 3)m. Pengembangan aspek built yaitu besaran bangunan terbangun seluas 1.040,93 m2. Pengembangan character antara lain elemen penyusun taman yaitu soft material dan hard material, kemungkinan perubahan meliputi elemen mayor dan elemen minor, serta tema taman yaitu pola garis-garis diagonal. Pengembangan aspek slump gradation yaitu memperbaiki area kumuh; (2) Estimasi biaya proyek pengembangan ini sebesar Rp 1.586.584.358,00 untuk pembangunan tahun 2020. Ecobrick Park and Sports Facility has an area of 4,323.2 m2. This park is on the banks of the Citarum river but does not provide facilities to fulfill the park aspects based on the riverfront development concept. The objective of this project is to plan the development of the Ecobrick Park assets and the Pangauban Village Sports Facility using the riverfront development concept and to calculate the estimated cost of developing the park. The theory used for this development is riverfront development covering six aspects, namely land use, accessibility and connectivity, infrastructure, built, character and slump up gradation and estimated development costs based on riverfront development concept. The project method uses descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques using documentation studies and comparative studies. The data analyzed include of primary data, namely Sector 7 park facilities and secondary data, namely Master Plan Manhattan Riverside documents. The results of this project included of (1) development of the land use aspect, namely the development of mixed land used, covering recreational areas and trading areas. The development of infrastructure aspects includes blue infrastructure in the form of boardwalks and 60 m long gabion walls, green infrastructure in the form of flower gardens, shrubs, large trees and green grass fields, and ash infrastructure in the form of playing equipment, sports fields, jogging tracks, 23 units of trash cans, 53 garden benches, 45 garden lamps, toilets, parking area, 4 gazebos and a pergola measuring (15 x 3) m. The development of the built aspect is the building size of 923.48 m2. Character development includes the park's constituent elements, namely soft material and hard material, possible changes to include major and minor elements, as well as the theme of the park, namely a pattern of diagonal lines. Development of the slump gradation aspect, namely improving slum areas; (2) The estimated development cost is IDR 1.586.584.358,00 for development in 2020.
