Perencanaan Renovasi Aset Halte Bus Trans Metro Bandung (TMB) Di Koridor III Cicaheum-Sarijadi Berdasarkan Konsep Livability

Halte Bus Trans Metro Bandung koridor III jurusan Cicaheum - Sarijadi merupakan salah satu aset sarana transportasi publik yang dikelola oleh Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bandung yang terdiri atas 18 bangunan halte. Saat ini kinerja aset halte bus Trans Metro Bandung belum optimal serta tidak sesuai dengan standar dan ketentuan yang berlaku, hal ini ditandai dengan kondisi akses masuk/keluar halte yang belum menerapkan prinsip ramah sosial terhadap pengguna disabilitas, belum optimalnya penyediaan fasilitas (tempat duduk, lampu penerangan,fasilitas kebersihan dan tempat penyimpanan barang), dinding halte yang mudah rusak serta penampilan atau kondisi halte bus Trans Metro Bandung kurang menarik secara visual. Tujuan perencanaan proyek ini adalah menghasil konsep perencanaan renovasi aset halte bus TMB agar digunakan secara optimal serta tersusunnya estimasi biaya yang diperlukan untuk proses renovasi tersebut. Teori yang melandasi proyek ini adalah konsep livability (Lesmana & Wibowo, 2015) yang terdiri dari lima aspek, yaitu aspek comfortable (kenyamanan), vibrant (pendukung), safe (keselamatan), enduring (ketahanan) dan excellent (keindahan). Metode yang digunakan dalam proyek ini adalah metode deskripstif, sedangkan jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara studi dokumentasi dan kuisioner/angket. Hasil dari proyek renovasi ini adalah perencanaan renovasi aset halte bus Trans Metro Bandung (TMB) berdasarkan konsep livability, meliputi pelebaran akses masuk/keluar halte, pembuatan ramp halte, penerapan guiding block, penyediaan papan informasi elektronik, penyediaan kursi duduk, peyediaan tempat penyimpanan barang, penyediaan lampu penerangan dan fasilitas kebersihan, perbaikan dinding halte serta mengubah desain atap halte. Estimasi biaya renovasi halte bus Trans Metro Bandung (TMB) adalah sebesar Rp 1.888.264.000,-. Jumlah estimasi tersebut adalah hasil kalkulasi dari estimasi biaya pembongkaran dan biaya pembangunan. Trans Metro Bandung Bus Stop Corridor III, Cicaheum-Sarijadi route is one of the assets of public transportation facilities managed by the Bandung City Transportation Agency which consists of 18 bus stop buildings. Currently, the asset performance of the Trans Metro Bandung bus stop is not optimal and is not in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, this is indicated by the conditions of access to / exit of the bus stop that have not implemented social friendly principles for users with disabilities, not optimal provision of facilities (seats, lights lighting, cleaning facilities and storage of goods), the walls of the bus stops that are easily damaged and the appearance or condition of the Trans Metro Bandung bus stop is not visually attractive. The purpose of this project planning is to produce a planning concept for the renovation of the TMB bus stop assets to be used optimally and to compile an estimate of the costs required for the renovation process. The theory underlying this project is the livability concept (Lesmana & Wibowo, 2015) which consists of five aspects, namely the aspects of comfortable (comfort), vibrant (support), safe (safety), enduring (resilience) and excellent (beauty). The method used in this project is descriptive method, while the types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data through data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires / questionnaires. The result of this renovation project is planning to renovate the assets of the Trans Metro Bandung (TMB) bus stop based on the livability concept, including widening access to / leaving the stop, making ramp stops, implementing guiding blocks, providing electronic information boards, providing seats, providing storage of goods. , providing lighting and cleaning facilities, repairing bus shelter walls and changing the roof design of bus stops. The estimated cost of renovating the Trans Metro Bandung (TMB) bus stop is IDR 1,888,264,000. The estimated amount is the calculation result of the estimated demolition costs and construction costs.
