Jembatan Penyeberangan Orang (JPO) adalah fasilitas yang relatif paling aman untuk memfasilitasi lalu lintas pejalan kaki di jalan-jalan kota. JPO Terminal Cicaheum apabila ditinjau dari lokasi keberadaan JPO dapat mempermudah perpindahan pengguna di Terminal Cicaheum, namun JPO Terminal Cicaheum belum memenuhi dimensi bridge type, material design, dan information board. Tujuan proyek ini yaitu menghasilkan perencanaan renovasi dan perhitungan estimasi biaya renovasi serta melakukan analisis life cycle cost JPO Terminal Cicaheum Kota bandung. Landasan teori yang digunakan adalah perencanaan revovasi aset JPO Terminal Cicaheum berdasarkan aesthetic design meliputi bridge type, material design, dan information board serta estimasi biaya dan analisis life cycle cost. Jenis data terdiri dari data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta data sekunder yang bersumber dari studi dokumentasi dan studi banding. Metode dan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil proyek ini adalah perencanaan renovasi aset JPO Terminal Cicaheum Kota Bandung berdasarkan aesthetic design meliputi bridge type, material design, dan information board. Perencanaan JPO Terminal Cicaheum yang memenuhi bridge type meliputi type pondasi slab beton bertulang dengan pondasi tiang pancang dengan fasilitias lift serta jalur pejalan kaki lantai datar kemiringan 10%. Perencanaan JPO Terminal Cicaheum yang memenuhi material meliputi material bahan kontruksi rangka baja. Perencanaan JPO Terminal Cicaheum yang memenuhi information board meliputi penyediaan media iklan dengan ukuran 2x3 meter. Estimasi biaya pelaksanaan renovasi aset JPO Terminal Cicaheum Kota Bandung jika direalisasikan tahun 2021 sebesar Rp 15.172.073 dan pelaksanaan pembangunan 50 tahun berikutnya akan membutuhkan biaya Rp 24.742.541.562. Pedestrian Bridges (JPO) are the relatively safest facilities for facilitating pedestrian traffic on city streets. JPO in Cicaheum Terminal observes from the location where JPOs are able to use users at Cicaheum Terminal, but the JPO of Cicaheum Terminal does not meet the dimensions of bridge type, material design, and information boards. The purpose of this project is to produce a design and cost calculation for renovation and to analyze the life cycle cost of JPO in Cicaheum Terminal in Bandung City. The theoretical basis used is the plan to revitalize the JPO assets of Cicaheum Terminal based on aesthetic designs which include bridge types, material designs, and information boards as well as costs and life cycle cost analysis. Types of data consist of primary data collected through observation, interviews, and secondary data from documentation studies and comparative studies. Methods and data analysis techniques used are descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The result of this project is a plan for renovating JPO assets in Bandung City's Cicaheum Terminal based on aesthetic designs which include bridge types, material designs, and information boards. The design of the Cicaheum Terminal JPO that meets the bridge type includes the type of reinforced concrete slab foundation with a pile foundation with lift facilities and a 10% slope flat floor pedestrian path. The design of JPO Terminal Cicaheum that meets materials including steel frame construction materials. The design of the Cicaheum Terminal JPO that meets the information board includes the provision of advertising media with a size of 2x3 meters. The estimated cost of implementing the renovation of JPO assets at the Cicaheum Terminal in Bandung City, if realized in 2021, is IDR 15,172,073 and the implementation of construction in the next 50 years will cost IDR 24,742,541,562.
