Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung memiliki aset untuk mengatasi sanitasi masyarakat di kecamatan Soreang yaitu berupa instalasi pengolahan air limbah (IPAL). IPAL tersebut memiliki permasalahan pada tiap-tiap komponen IPAL serta adanya beberapa komponen yang belum ada pada IPAL Soreang antara lain tidak adanya sumur kontrol dan bak ekualisasi, media filter yang rusak pada kolam filter, konstruksi yang rusak pada kolam pengendap awal, kolam anaerob, kolam aerob serta kolam pengendap akhir, tidak adanya media pengolahan pada kolam anaerob serta aerob, dan tidak adanya blower udara pada kolam aerob untuk proses aerasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merencanakan renovasi IPAL Soreang serta membuat estimasi biaya untuk renovasi IPAL Soreang. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori renovasi berdasarkan palm et al (2016) serta petunjuk teknis IPAL yang dikeluarkan oleh Kemeterian PUPR serta peraturan yang mendukung penelitian ini. Objek penelitian dalam laporan ini adalah instalasi pengolahan air limbah Soreang milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif serta kuantitatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah evaluasi pada komponen-komponen IPAL yang menunjukan adanya masalah dan tidak sesuai dengan standar sehingga rencana renovasi yang dirancang adalah membuat sumur kontrol, kolam ekualisasi, perbaikan kolam pengendap awal, perbaikan kolam filter dan penambahan bar screen, perbaikan kolam anaerob serta penambahan media pengolahan, perbaikan kolam aerob dengan menambahkan media pengolahan serta blower udara, serta perbaikan pada kolam pengendap akhir. estimasi biaya yang perlu dikeluarkan untuk renovasi IPAL Soreang sebesar Rp 1.390.852.000,- pada tahun 2019. The Governments of Kabupaten Bandung has assets to deal with community sanitation in the Soreang sub-district, in the form of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The WWTP has problems in each component of WWTP and there are some components that are not yet available in the Soreang WWTP such as the absence of control wells and equalization tanks, damaged filter media in the filter pond, damaged construction in the initial settling ponds, anaerobic ponds, aerobic ponds and final settling ponds, the absence of processing media in anaerobic and aerobic ponds, and the absence of air blower in the aerobic pond for the aeration process. The purpose of this study was to plan the renovation of the Soreang WWTP and make an estimated cost for the renovation of the Soreang WWTP. The theory used in this study is the theory of renovation based on palm et al (2016) and technical guidance for WWTP issued by the Ministry of Public Works and regulations that support this research. The object of research in this report is the Soreang wastewater treatment plant owned by the Bandung Regency Government. The approach taken in this study is a qualitative and quantitative approach. The research method uses descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study are evaluations of WWTP components that indicate problems and are not in accordance with the standards so that the renovation plan designed is to make control wells, equalization ponds, repair of initial settling ponds, repair of filter pools and addition of bar screens, repair of anaerobic pools and addition of processing media, repair of aerobic ponds by adding processing media and air blowers, as well as repairs to final settling ponds. estimated costs that need to be spent on the renovation of the Soreang WWTP amounting to Rp 1.390.852.000 in 2019.
