Menurunnya kinerja Jalan MT Haryono Ãâ M Supeno dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal terutama umur pelayanan yang sudah mendekati masa akhir. Dengan peranan ruas Jalan MT Haryono Ãâ M Supeno sebagai jalan kolektor primer, permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah kondisi jalan yang mengalami banyak kerusakan, dan wilayah sekitar ruas jalan dimana terdapat beberapa lokasi pariwisata menyebabkan beban lalu lintas yang cukup tinggi terutama pada musim liburan. Sehingga kondisi jalan diharapkan selalu dalam kondisi yang mantap. Untuk dapat mempertahankan kondisi mantap tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan Pemeliharaan Berkala. Kinerja lalu-lintas dianalisis dengan MKJI'97. Kebutuhan tebal lapis tambah perkerasan lama didapat dengan menggunakan acuan Pd T-05-2005-B. Untuk evaluasi drainase menggunakan acuan Pd T-06-2006-B. Sedangkan untuk evaluasi lebar trotoar menggunakan "Petunjuk Perencanaan Trotoar No. 007T/BNKT/1990". Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kondisi kinerja lalu-lintas pada akhir umur rencana masih baik, dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan di bawah 0,75. Untuk tebal lapis tambah/overlay yang dibutuhkan untuk memikul repetisi beban rencana adalah 5 cm lapis aus (Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course/AC-WC). Sedangkan dari hasil survei pejalan kaki dan analisanya didapat lebar minimal trotoar 2 m. Untuk analisa drainase existing masih dapat memenuhi debit pengaliran rencana dengan dimensi drainase berbentuk segi empat, konstruksi pasangan batu kali dengan lebar (b) 1 m, tinggi (h) 0,5 m dan tinggi jagaan (W) 0,5 m. Biaya yang diperlukan untuk pemeliharaan ruas jalan adalah Rp. 5.515.765.000,-. Kata kunci : Perkerasan, overlay, trotoar, rencana anggaran biaya

With the role of Jalan MT Haryono - M Supeno as the primary collector road, the problems that occur this time is the condition of the road which had a lot of damage, and the surrounding area of the roads where there are several tourism locations causing high traffic load, especially in the holiday season . So that the road conditions are expected to always be in a stable condition. In order to maintain the steady state, it is necessary to work Periodic Maintenance. Traffic performance is analyzed with MKJI'97 reference. Needs of the old pavement additional layer thickness gained by using reference Pd T-05-2005-B.
