Dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek, ada tiga hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu biaya proyek, waktu penyelesaian proyek, dan mutu pekerjaan. Tiga hal tersebut berkaitan satu sama lain, apabila biaya proyek tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan, maka mutu pekerjaan dapat menurun dan akhirnya waktu pelaksanaan proyek menjadi terlambat. Untuk itu diperlukan ketelitian dalam perencanaan besarnya biaya yang dibutuhkan. Untuk menghitung Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), tiga hal yang perlu dilakukan adalah penentuan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), perhitungan volume pekerjaan, dan perhitungan Analisa Harga Satuan (AHS). Adapun data-data pendukung untuk pengerjaannya antara lain gambar kerja, spesifikasi teknis, dan harga satuan bahan dan upah. Selain perhitungan RAB, ditentukan juga penjadwalan proyeknya. Dengan penjadwalan maka durasi pekerjaan serta jumlah sumber daya yang diperlukan dapat dihitung. Penjadwalan dilakukan dalam bentuk barchart dan Kurva S. Dalam tugas akhir ini, perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya dan penjadwalan dikhususkan pada pekerjaan struktur. Dari keduanya dapat dibuat rekapitulasi kebutuhan alat, bahan, dan upah pada pekerjaan proyek tersebut. Kata kunci : biaya, waktu, alat, bahan, upah, jadwal, struktur

In the implementation of a project, there are three important things to consider is the cost of the project, project completion time, and quality of work. The things are related to each other, if the cost of the project does not fit with the needs, the quality of the work can be decreased and eventually the implementation of the project was delayed. Therefore, we need accuracy when we calculate the budget plan.
To calculate the budget plan, the three things that need to be done are to determine the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), the calculation of the volume of work, and the calculation of unit price analysis. The supporting data for the process include working drawings, technical specifications, and unit prices of materials and wages. Beside of the calculation of budget plan,the project scheduling also determined. By scheduling, the duration of the work done and the amount of resources required can be determined. Scheduling is presented in the form of barchart and S curve.
In this final project, the calculation of budget plan and scheduling is devoted to the structural components. From both of them, the recapitulation of the need for tools, materials, and wages on work projects can be made.
