Perilaku inovatif merupakan hasil interaksi antara kemampuan yang dimiliki individu dengan kondisi sistem yang berlaku pada lingkungan individu. Perilaku inovatif didasari oleh adanya potensi yang dimiliki oleh individu yang terdiri atas kapasitas intelektual dan kondisi psikologis individu yang berinteraksi dengan kondisi sistem di lingkungan sekitar individu dalam konteks penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja. Proses interaksi antara potensi individu dan kondisi sistem di lingkungan kerja yang menentukan kondisi tinggi rendahnya perilaku inovatif pada karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di minimarket Kecamatan Parongpong Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Minimarket tersebut adalah Alfamart, Indomaret, dan Yomart. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat perilaku inovatif karyawan minimarket. Populasi penelitian ini adalah lima Alfamart, lima Indomaret, dan dua Yomart dan sampel yang diambil adalah 102 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Data diambil dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan minimarket, kemudian data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang diolah dengan aplikasi IBM SPSS ( Statistical Package of Social Sciences) versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif dapat dikatakan bahwa karyawan minimarket di Kecamatan Parongpong Kabupaten Bandung Barat memiliki perilaku inovatif yang tinggi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil rata-rata jawaban responden mengenai seluruh item pernyataan yang diberikan sebesar 4,23 yang berada pada rentang nilai 4,21 – 5,00. Innovative behavior is the result of interaction between the capabilities of individuals with the condition of the system prevailing in the individual environment. Innovative behavior constituted by the potential of the individuals who made up the intellectual capacity and the psychological state of individuals who interact with the system conditions in the environment surrounding the individual in the context of this study is the work environment. The process of interaction between the individual\'s potential and working environment conditions in the system that determines the condition of the level of innovative behavior of employees. This research was conducted in the District minimarket Parongpong West Bandung regency. The minimarket is Alfamart, Indomaret, and Yomart. The aim of research to determine the level of innovative behavior of employees minimarket. The study population was five Alfamart, five Indomaret, and two Yomart and samples taken were 102 respondents using saturation sampling technique is a sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to employees minimarket, then the data is processed using descriptive analysis applications processed by IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 23. Based on the descriptive analysis it can be said that the employees minimarket in the District of West Bandung regency has Parongpong innovative behavior high.
